Let’s start at the front door. Crowded entryway. Two hostesses with iPads in hand. As one hostess became available I stepped up to make contact and the second hostess told me sternly to step behind until she was done with the person she was helping. I stepped back and she told me not to stand there as to not block people coming inside. Mind you there were two doors. I was only attempting to check in for my Open Table reservation. We did get seated in just a couple minutes at our reservation time. We were seated in the far back table near the corner next to a work station. There was a large table next to us so close to us that were literally jammed into our table with other patron chairs 1-2 inches behind us. We received water immediately but it took 30 minutes to have our server get our drink and dinner order and almost another 30 minutes to be served even though we had a very uncomplicated order consisting of salads, Mac and cheese and one entree dinner of bbq pork. When the food did arrive all the heated items were luke warm. Our actual sever, Adrianna, stated she was pretty new. She was very nice when we did see her and as helpful as she could be. Again, our table was small and the four of us felt jammed into a corner. It was loud where were sitting. As far as value, I thought the prices for things like salads and plain Mac and Cheese were on the high side. The prices were not reflective of what was shown in the online menu on Open Table. Most items were $2 more. When I received my check I noticed that they now add an appropriate 3% service fee. Then when they come to the table to take payment they give you forced choice tip options at beginning at 18% and going up from there. Personally that is a put off to me. Not our best experience at this restaurant and we have been there numerous times. We have seen a decline in all aspects since the Covid area and we won’t be in a hurry to return. Thank you.

To be honest as someone who has eaten at this restaurants since the first week they opened, I write this with as sad heartThie restaurant has never recoverd from Covid. First there is cutting soups down to 2 choices , neither of which I am a fan. Then running out of menu items. As a whole, but, I understand price increases For what you get . But,not worth it any longer. Plus they also cut portion size down as well . Plus the kitchen continues to be very spotty, sometimes good sometimes not. The latest was I asked server if SW Salad could have the peppers left off .and was told yes. Well you guessed it salad showed up with peppers so we sent back. Thios was not the serv ers fault but vthe kitchen. Lastly Thirsty Lion's bogus 3% charge to pay their employees healthcare. This is the businesses responsibility, not mine. So as I said with a sad heart we will no longer be making our weekly trip there for dinner or lunch There needs to be a complete overhaul before I would consider coming back

Sat in the outside patio area for the first time. It had been awhile since we'd eaten at the WA Square location. Our server, Joseph, was attentive, and happily agreed to take photos of our party during lunch. Afterwards, Mr. Howard (as I affectionately called him), came over to our table (and those of the other guests) to greet us and inquire on our experience. FOLKS - this is excellent customer service at its finest. We three ate brunch on a Saturday. I encourage you to check out the very cool, eclectic, comprehensive menu with the classics featured as well. Seriously though - the customer service extended by these two gentlemen made brunch between we three lifelong friends (since 1994 - yes 30+ years) a memorable event. PS - we'll be back for lunch in early December... at the WA Square location. Can't wait!

Dylan was not attentive nor brought water to our table. But was sure to bring us out bill with no issue. Being a regular worst service
