This was the first time I actually had an entrée at Thirsty Lion. I ordered the Aji tuna salad, it was so delicious. Our service was top-notch. The restaurant had a beautiful decor. Me and my family really loved it. I will be back.

Arrived after work around 6 for drinks and appetizers. Shortly after we arrived it suddenly got very loud and we realized the restaurant scheduled a private Longhorns fan party with a private DJ that made it so loud other patrons could not hear, speak to each other, etc. This fan rally was not sectioned off but was in the middle of the restaurant. We had a reservation and we were not advised nor did anyone inform us when we arrived. We already ordered drinks and food, which was clearly re-heated frozen/not made in the restaurant and of very poor quality. Everybody other than the Longhorns were leaving. Poor management and overall bad experience. Note that our server was great - we felt sorry for him. Do better. And by the way, Boomer!

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at the Thirsty Lion. It is a bit noisy but that is to be expected for a Gastropub! Wait stay was quick and efficient. Food was very good. A nice selection to choose from and everything was very well prepared. Will definitely return.

The food, drinks, and service were all very good. The only things not good: - 1 out of the 3 appetizers came out first at least 5-6 minutes before the other 2 apps were brought out. - it was so noisy that we 3 could barely hear each other at our table (had to yell to talk to each other).

My friend had the Cobb salad which she devoured. I had a flatbread. There’s a spicy seasoning that is added after the flatbread is cooked which I do not care for. I try to rub off as much as possible. Try serving flatbreads without this seasoning. I’ve tried two different flatbreads and it was on the crust of both.

Good food and service, lovely interior. The noise level was incredibly loud. It was impossible to have a conversation over dinner. Other than that lovely place.

My friend had the wagu burger which was huge and came with lots of french fries. She said it was very good. I had the roma tomato flatbread which was also good. I like the new items on their menu. We were seated at a booth so we could hear each other talk although the noise level was not bad.

Went for Restaurant Week Brunch, which had been posted on their website and which was included on a sign at each table. We were told by the waitress that they weren't doing RW Brunch. Went to hostess in waitress's absence and were told she didn't know. Left to check with her manager. Never came back. Waitress returned and we pointed out the sign and the website. Said she would check with her manager. Returned with a printed sheet of PART OF the brunch menu. Pointed out the remainder of the menu on the website and finally got it resolved. The food was tasty and somewhat innovative, though probably not all that healthy.
