Third and Main is a top-of-the-line steak house and tavern in historic Aurora, IN. From in house dry aging our steaks to carrying the largest selection of wagyu beef in the Midwest, we have it all. If steak isn't your favorite we also have a fresh seafood selection weekly with a full sushi and raw bar.

Located in one of the oldest operating taverns in Indiana, Third and Main carries on the historic traditions with an upscale menu in a casual atmosphere. Just a short drive from Cincinnati along the Ohio River, this family-owned and operated restaurant is a great place to get away from the bustle of city living.

We had a wonderful dinner catching up with friends over wonderful food. Our server was helpful and attentive and our adults only dinner was wonderful!!

The food was absolutely fantastic, classic steakhouse items with a bit of flare. The gnocchi, bread service, and pasta were delicious and I had a yummy mocktail. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable as well. We will definitely be back.

Our steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly! We were celebrating our anniversary. They were kind enough to bring us a dessert presented a very special way. Great experience

I never have anything other than a great experience at 3rd and Main. The filet mignon is always prepared perfectly and the service is always excellent.

To be blunt, if I wanted a steak cooked incorrectly with a loud atmosphere, I would have went to Texas Roadhouse. We reserved a table in the Jade Room, which with are prior visits has been a quiet setting with smaller party sizes. Everything was okay, until a very LOUD party of 8 was seated directly to our right. From there, our experience went south. We’d already received our sushi appetizer, finished it, and waited an additional amount of time before our food order was taken. We then waited what seemed like forever to get our dessert order taken when the larger party got theirs taken first. All the wait and noise might have been tolerable if the food was good, but, aside from the drinks and sushi, everything was not what you should expect when you’re spending $300 for a party of 2.

How did I not know about this place? The whole night was fantastic. Service was as good as it gets. Fun and always checked on. Couldn’t have been better! Steaks…outstanding! Definitely going back!

Our server was very prompt, quick & friendly. The food was so delicious. We had king crab & prawns, american wagyu filet, lobster mac & cheese, caramel cheesecake. So so delicious. Very enjoyable dinner. Will definitely go back!
