The Yurt at Nicholsons offers a unique dining experience with exquisite, locally sourced and simple menus.

Our menus are curated by our head chef, who takes pride in fabulous flavours. All menus offer a variety of dishes using seasonal ingredients and cater for all dietary requirements.

Looking for somewhere to celebrate a special occasion? Our private dining huts offer a unique dining experience. What a wonderful excuse to relax with friends and family in our beautiful surroundings and indulge in delicious food cooked with style.

If you are looking for an informal venue for business meetings, our huts take up to 6 people, giving you a great spot to meet over brunch or lunch.

Fantastic! What a lovely lunch! Welcoming, smiley staff and without doubt some of the best food I've eaten. Just bursting with flavour and beautifully presented. Perfect!

This is a breakfast / brunch/lunch favourite. Always inviting and staff friendly but not over attentive. Food first class quality and tastes as good as it looks.

This is becoming for us , a favourite venue for lunch Not only is it an excellent restaurant/cafe serving a seasonal menu it is also set in such a peaceful lovely spot with plenty to view and see especially if you are a keen gardener . We haven't tried breakfast yet but looking forward to doing so soon Ruth

This is only my second time at the Yurt, (first time was brunch) and I had the same great service and quality food as the first time. Menu is great and it was difficult to choose what to eat - I love food so could have eaten everything!! Staff were really pleasant and service efficient. I'll be back!

This was such a fantastic find! A beautiful place in the Oxfordshire countryside- you can request a private cabin which comes equipped with blankets/heaters for when it is cold, each one is decorated around a theme (we were in the Reading Room). You can also eat in the Yurt itself which looked lovely or outside (many people had brought their dogs and were doing that). The food is excellent, all locally sourced produce and very inventive recipes. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Before or after eating you can browse the extensive plant nursery or take a longer walk to the canal. And this would be a super venue for a special occasion meal.

A really different place to dine, food was excellent so was the service and the yurt was something totally different . What a shame they do not offer Afternoon Tea as well as Brunch and Lunch' Overall excellent nothing was too much trouble.
