We reserved a table for two on valentines and upon entry we’re told that people had seated themselves, the space was full and they ‘needed to check if there was room for us/where they would put us’. when asked if we minded being away from the music we said we didn’t mind as we were still being understanding. We were put in a room that had just been used for a private party, (they were still in there) increasingly filling with children and a few chaperones. EXTREMELY akward and uncomfortable to experience. No one else was in the room so after not being checked on for 15 minutes we decided sitting in a cold room was not really the experience we expected. After 25 mins we knew we had been forgotten. We left before getting any food or service. If you take reservations you need to make sure you save those spaces for people. Upsetting first introduction to this place that was supposed to be a fun date night. Had to find another place at 9pm on valentines. Extremely disappointed.

Our waitress was a little frustrated with us, though we warned the staff ahead of time of our team being a bit much. The hosts were absolutely amazing, and the kitchen crew were ready to help out at any second. I could not recommend a better place for their crew.

The servers were very nice but the overall experience wasn’t great. The table we were sat at was falling apart. Wobbled in all directions that we requested tops for our drinks. They acknowledged the uneven, shaky table but nothing was done. They were out of everything; red sauce for pizza, in bone wings, and Mac and cheese. My son found a hair in his wing sauce. The over all ambiance was loud and bright and cramped.

Everything was wonderful, it’s just very cold so make sure you have long sleeeves. Food and service was great. There was a band. We had a great time!

A fun holiday party with 13 people - good drinks, fun bowling, and kids loved the games. A great venue for a multi generational get together.

Tables were not ready. Booked early over 3 months. They served our drinks in plastic cups. Restrooms were filthy. Our bill was over $600 dollars and the service was terrible. The waitress was terrible and had the attitude like she was doing us a favor for the least amount of work. The place is a snatch and grab…hold onto your wallet!

We had a wonderful lunch with Santa at the Workz! The staff was amazing and accommodating, service was great, food was great!! There's a lot of "helper" Santa's out there but the Workz always gets the REAL Santa to come and we look forward to chatting with him every year!!!! I love that we don't feel rushed at all and even had plenty of time to go back up for a second visit!! We LOVED the free 30 minute game cards that Mrs. Claus gave us this year as well!! Wonderful and magical afternoon, can't wait to do it again next year!

The food was good for the most part. The service needs work. My son and I waited about 20 minutes for our appetizer to arrive, which was pretzel bites, I got a salad and they forgot the dressing, the waitress was very nice, but seemed overwhelmed. This is my 2nd time there and the service was consistent with my first experience. Prices are a little too high as well.

Our first time doing a trivia night. We had a great time! My daughter got a pizza and likes that fact that she can order it w GF crust. My only suggestion would be….for an area the size of the dining area and for as busy as it was another one or two servers more are needed. We waited quite awhile before our server even came to our table. She was friendly but a little slow. Other than that we had a great time!! We’ll definitely be doing another trivia night!!
