Food was very good. A mis-communication happened with the waiting staff and us and we received 5 main courses instead of 6. Team apologetic and reduced the overall bill.

The food was disappointing although portion sizes were good. I had huge lumps of raw cabbage and onion in my burger which spoilt it. The bun was soggy sobyou couldn't hold it and eat it as a burger. Presentation was poor. I've had better burgers in my local pub. Staff were friendly however clearly run of their feet so servics was limited. Wouldn't return.

We were sat at a big table in the middle which received a blast of freezing air every time someone opened the front door. We were so cold. Our food took quite a long time to arrive but the staff recognised this and acted proactively. When the food arrived it was overall good but the bacon in my Colonel burger was taken so far passed Crispy it was black. I had to remove it all. The noise level is so bad you can't hear each other or the staff.

Amazing as always-Colonel Nathan Jessop burgers (X2), with a side of mozzarella sticks (the best you’ll ever try),skinny fries and also loaded skinny fries. All hot,fresh,delicious. Also the blue cheese and crack bbq sauces are divine! Can’t wait to visit again.

Lovely, friendly waitresses, service was swift and the food was delicious. My only concern was it was very cold in the restaurant. Will still return again soon.

Had a lovely visit for my brother's birthday yesterday, our server was so attentive and sweet and she made us feel very welcome! Delicious food as always.
