Perched on The Source Hotel's rooftop and offering panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains and Denver skyline, The Woods is a full service restaurant and bar showcasing New Belgium experimental and small batch beers paired with a modern beer garden menu and ambiance. Our breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch menus feature delicious bar bites and beer-inspired eats, many of which have been collaboratively paired with New Belgium Brewing Company's craft beers. Guests can also enjoy creative cocktails, beautiful wines or one of our many beers on draft, including small batch beers brewed in New Belgium's on-site pilot brewery.

Rooftop offers nice setting. The food was good with a good pricepoint. We were eating outside and I must say it was pretty dark once the sun went down!

The views are worth everything here. Incredible views of the mountains and downtown Denver. Food isn’t awesome, but it’s fine. And the views make up for it. Staff is all nice. Pretty loud because of how open the space is, but again, it’s just so pretty that it doesn’t matter.

The menu seemed a bit disappointing, as choices were quite limited. But the food was fantastic! The Caesar salad was wonderful, with anchovy filets offered, and the the chicken piccata was perfect. I'm an annoyingly harsh critic, so it's a rare occasion when I can say that nothing gave offense. The prices were no bargain, but I'm happy to pay extra for a meal this good. Drink prices were on the high side - if you want to keep your bill down, don't go for a second round. I will complain about the volume of the music (pretty deafening), which was turned up even more as the restaurant filled with patrons. The throbbing beat and heavy bass was, I guess, supposed to make us feel like we were having a great time in a cool place, but it actually made it almost impossible to have a conversation without shouting. I doubt we'll ever go back because of this when there are other restaurants with food as good where we can actually enjoy each others' company - but I suppose the atmosphere here appeals to plenty of people. Great view, too - if it wasn't so hot and sunny we might have sat outside and had a better time.

One of the only rooftop restaurants in RiNo with a great view. We were disappointed to be surrounded by wasps buzzing in and out of the restaurant the entirety of our meal. Our server was not attentive and the food was lack luster. My drink was served to me flat. Plenty of better options in LoDo or other parts of downtown.

We were seated directly in the setting sun and there was a broken shade, which instantly elevated the room temperature making the ambiance completely off, especially considering it was a 95°+ day. We asked if the shade could be lowered, which is when we found out it was broken but were not offered an opportunity to move tables to be more comfortable. Also, our server Caylie was more interested in chatting with other servers rather than being attentive to our needs as diners. Lastly, for the price point, and at this point after COVID, it’s quite tacky to not have physical menus.

Food was good and reasonably priced. Service was well-paced and friendly. We sat on the rooftop deck which was really cool except that there’s an infestation of wasps so it was very distracting from enjoying our meal. There were at least 20 wasps out there, some kind of pest control is definitely needed.

Can't beat the views but other than that it was not a great experience. Food was OK but the service was awful. There were very few people in the place and it still took forever to get our initial drink order. We placed our food order and that came quickly but after that we never saw our server again. We didn't get the opportunity to order a second round of drinks, never received a coffee we asked for and had to flag down another server to get our bill after waiting almost 30 minutes for someone to check on us. The place is not inexpensive and I don't mind paying for a quality experience but this definitely wasn't worth the price.
