I don’t like giving negative reviews. Usually I just don’t go back. I’m writing this because I’m very very disappointed . I had indicated that I booked this for my husband’s birthday in the comment section of OpenTable. What is the point of you asking what is the special occasion when you don’t acknowledge it at all? This was not a cheap dinner. I was happy to pay and gave an appropriate tip. I waited until I paid the bill and we were ready to leave, to give them a chance to say “ happy birthday!”. Nope, it didn’t happen. So I did let the hostess know how disappointed I was that they basically ignored the fact that I mentioned in my booking that the dinner was for my husband’s birthday. Let’s just say that this is my last time dinning here, or getting any Peller related products. If you are celebrating a special occasion, go somewhere else. They don’t care.

We did the tasting menu and all of the food was so tasty. The service was really nice and they made my husbands birthday feel special!

Chose 3 course menu for each of us. Bruschetta and Lobster linguine for appetizers. Both good. Steak for second course was ok but not the best we have had. Had to pay $10 extra for linguine and $10 extra for the steak.Desserts were ok not great. Chocolate brownie kind of fell apart when trying to break off a piece. Icing fell off. Not sure it was very fresh. Cheesecake was better choice I think. We did wine pairings with each course. Bill with tip for two people was almost $400.00. Was it worth it. Not really. Something I always wanted to do so now off the bucket list. Our waiter was great. Very quiet for a winter night.

I've been to the restaurant many times and always had a great culinary experience however, they now have "fixed" menu pricing at $70pp which includes appetizer and main. I ordered the soup and the honey glazed salmon. The mushroom soup was very good. The salmon, served with beans was mediocre. You'll find salmon like this at other fine dining restaurants in the range of $34 to $42. I did not feel that the meal was worth $70. Disappointing.

My experience at the estate was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by the server. The ambiance and service were delightful. However, my partner and I found that the food did not meet our expectations.

The pre-fix menu is what knocked some points. The veggies were a little bit under and steak was chewy

Just a wonderful experience all round with my older parents…both Kyle and Stan were patient and friendly (just excellent)…from reception to leaving…Fantastic experience…Highly Recommend!!!
