Our kitchen enjoys an exceptional reputation built on the creative talents of our chefs. The menu is American, although our chef draws inspiration from his international travels. Whether you’re enjoying Southern breezes poolside, the cozy club setting of our lobby or relaxing in our dining room, rest assured that your meal is memorable and your service is prompt and cheerful.

The main dinning room is large, however, it is quite comfortable and not overly noisy. My wife had the crab cakes for dinner. They had quite a bit of lump crab meat with very little breading. The peach salsa was an excellent accompaniment. As a matter of fact, she loved them so much that she had them again for dinner the next night. I had oysters and the wedge salad. The oysters were perfectly chilled and quite tasty. The salad was nice and fresh and obviously not prepared in advance. The service was top notch. Our waitress was very friendly and anticipated our every need. The next time we’re in Aiken, we are definitely going to be dining here.

Based on reviews I expected a better dining experience. The food was good with great service but nothing special. I would not drive out to Aiken again to eat here.

Great experience at the Wilcox! First time there as we are newly relocated from out of town and was very impressed by the service and the quality of the offerings. From the young men at the valet to the valet to the server and manager, everyone was wonderful. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The food taste is always good. The variety has not changed much. I think the music on Thursday evening, which is nice, made patrons raise their voices to be heard, thus contributing to the din. Talking to my dinner companion was very difficult, because of the background noise.

Middle of the road dining experience overall. Ambiance was excellent, the dining area holds tons of charm and an old world feeling but food was a letdown. The food is "ok", and considering its' price point it failed to deliver any wow factor. Menu is disjointed, it has sliders right above $95 caviar and no items you expect from a $$$$ restaurant, where is the lobster, high end steaks etc? It additionally lacks any form of unique entrees which you could see someone making a return trip just to have again. And if you want anything from the sea you are stuck with a crab cake (the hamburger of the ocean) or a pasta dish with 10 small clams on it that are cooked into oblivion. Would suggest saving your money and going to the Feed Sack or having a good time drinking and walking around the Ally. It was $140 that bought me a "meh" food in a really nice hotel.

Regarding our menu, I’m sorry to hear that you felt it lacked variety of seafood. We actually offer a range of options including Antarctic salmon, Chilean sea bass, two types of oysters, private-label caviar, fish of the day, jumbo shrimp cocktail, tuna poke, and our wonderful lump crab cakes. For meat lovers, we feature Certified Angus Beef with a 16oz ribeye and a filet mignon, both popular with our guests. We strive to create a balance between casual options and elevated dining experiences to appeal to a variety of tastes. I’m sorry that you didn’t find something that stood out to you. Matt/GM
