This extraordinary culinary experience will feature a seven-course dinner, with each course expertly crafted by one of our guest chefs, showcasing their individual styles and culinary expertise. To elevate the evening further, each course will be paired with carefully selected wines, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that promises to be unforgettable. We are excited to introduce a new dining experience at The Wilde – Sunday Supper. Drawing inspiration from the British tradition of enjoying roasts with family on Sunday, our new menu will feature delicious roasted meats, grilled fish, and a grilled vegetarian option. Each meal will be complemented by perfectly paired sides and sauces, served for the table. This seasonally changing menu will be available on select Sundays, with seatings at 4pm, 415pm & 6pm, 615pm. Prices are exclusive of taxes and a 20% gratuity will be applied to parties of 6 or more.

Food is good and service is good but not really worth $175, main course are pork and bison two courses…. Appetite and dessert are a bit taking over the whole tasting menu. When I called to change my time the lady was very nice and especially mentioned they kept the window seat for me but when we arrived the person greeted us said they don’t guarantee us the window seat which was quite disappointing us at the first impression. And we’ve waited for a while until our server to come and greet us…

Great as always. Jason has created an excellent pairing for the chefs tasting. The chefs tasting is highly recommended… a lovely variety of tastes and textures

The restaurant was really good. Price is pretty expensive when compared to the amount of food that was served. Although really good I believe it should be a lot more considering the price.

Great service, phenomenal food. Loved the "Beans on Toast" dish, the cannelloni and the risotto but all the courses were 5 star.

The food was original and delicious. Nice views, but the vibe is missing something that playing jazz overly loud can't create. Drinks seem over priced. Excellent service.

I was saving my appetite all day for this dinner out with my BFF, the food was okay, from appies, was cold, to the entree, both our entree were cold, I had the trout, my friend had the risotto, it was cold. Our cocktails were good, the company was good, but too I had GI issues the next day. It was awful.

We were treated very well by all the staff. The food is good but not worth the cost compared to other tasting menu experiences.

Just Okay. The waiter was nice and attentive. The views from the lounge are obstructed. The food was tasty. But the billing machine did not charge happy hour prices.

This was an excellent experience. My husband and I have been in Calgary for 3-4 years and this was hands down our best chef’s tasting experience in the city. Would highly recommend. The food was delicious, the service was splendid and the atmosphere (and views) were great. Will definitely be coming back.
