The service was excellent. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was amazing. The woodwork was beautiful in the mansion. David the host was so hospitable.

Filet had a horrible odor and taste to it. Unsure if it was bad or not. Ended up throwing it away. Should’ve sent it back to kitchen. Unsure why. Rest of food was great and dessert was amazing

We stayed at the Wilbur for three nights and entertained friends for two dinners on Saturday and Sunday and brunch on Sunday morning. Each meal was prepared and served to the highest standard in the atmosphere of being in a grand home. Great services, attention to detail and perfectly plated fresh ingredients for every meal and every person. Our guests we so impressed! We have traveled internationally for the last 35 years throughout Europe an Asia Pacific and the menu at the Wilbur is the equal of any restaurant we have ever visited.

1- you must have black linen as an option 2- waited 10 minutes before server realized we have no plates to eat the appetizer Apart from those 2 points, the food is always consistently well prepared

Nice atmosphere and I like what they have done with this place but I have to rate my bone in ribeye pretty low. I asked for it Pittsburgh style and it was not at all. It was also not a very good cut for a rib eye…more like a Delmonico steak and it was luke warm. For $63 I just expected more. Salad was good. Drinks are pricy and they could use help with their wine offering. A bit weak. Service was Ok. My sister had Chilean Seabass and was good but needed some flavor/sauce to give it some appeal. For the money we spent, there are better places in the LV.

One of the best meals we have ever had. Service was exceptional and the ambiance quiet and romantic. The mansion itself is gorgeous.

We sat outside and will not do that again. Incredibly loud from traffic and exhaust smell from cars and trucks. I know it isn’t their fault but we would choose not to go there again outside.

Brunch was lovely overall. My only issue was that the breakfast bowl that I ordered did not mention that the dish had a hollandaise sauce on the menu - which truthfully looked like melted butter and not a hollandaise sauce. While flavorful, I have requested that the sauce not be included and was not able to eat the potatoes underneath the rest of the dish as they were drowning in the sauce.
