Last time I was at Wilbur Mansion you got a vegetable and potatoes. I ordered a steak and nothing was on this big plate, not even garnish. It looked so alone. The food was great but I think you should go back to including starch and vegetable with meat choices. I did have a shrimp cocktail and it was not the best shrimp I have had. For the cost you need to review having an Ala carte menu. I think you will loose business. I am not sure when I would return at this point

Menu is fabulous and outside seating was dramatic. Will continue to return to this restaurant.

Just trying a new place. This was really good food. Finally, a restaurant in the Lehigh Valley that has crab cakes that are comparable to restaurants in MD. Great taste and great price.

Server was very kind but overall service was lackluster. Appetizer took so long that it came out at the same time as our entrees, we spoke to the manager and he kindly comped it from our bill. Filet was ordered medium rare but came out on the medium side. We were the only table sitting outside and at times we did feel forgotten about.

This was our first time at the Wilbur mansion for my mother and father-in-law's 60th wedding anniversary. First of all nearing 4 PM at the dinner hour the place was empty. You would think because we were the only ones there we would've gotten excellent service but nothing can be further from the truth. The service and the food were terrible. A dried up piece of filet mignon appeared in the center plate no demiglaze no sauce no juices we asked for mushrooms and onions on top of the waitress did not even know that was posted on the online menu. They were unable to provide that for us. The sushi pizza tasted like candlewax we don't even know what was made out of. My salmon was cooked decent but the rice and vegetables were bland tasted like boiled zucchini with no salt or seasoning. We were forgotten about for nearly half an hour no one refreshed our drinks. I don't understand how they could be when no one else was in the restaurant. The food and service and noise level were terrible. We will never go back. First time at Wilbur Mansion. I had read mixed reviews, but a friend highly recommended it, so I decided to go. 1. Gorgeous venue and great friendly staff 2. The food was disappointing. Octopus was gummy. Tacos had a great amount of Mahi Mahi, but seasoning was bland, similar to some I've had at the beach, nothing special. Oysters good [but hard to mess that up]. Lobster ravioli tasted like Lean cuisine, again nothing special. The pasta did not taste homemade. Chocolate PB dessert was the best. Mocktail was delicious. 3. Ambiance was gorgeous. We sat outside. The weather was perfect. I was bummed that the food was so average. This is a deal breaker considering their prices. I may return for drinks and dessert as those were good, but I will not return for dinner. I hope the review is helpful for them to improve.

The Wilbur Mansion is amazing. Great ambience, great food and drinks and the staff is wonderful. We will definitely be making this one of our regular establishments.

The space is beautiful HOWEVER, the overall aesthetic is spoiled by the cheap cafe style seating. There is such opportunity to have inviting, luxurious seating to complement the space, staff and cuisine which are all top knotch. The seating definitely detracts from the overall atmosphere which is a shame because otherwise I would give a 5 star review.
