Brunch was lovely overall. My only issue was that the breakfast bowl that I ordered did not mention that the dish had a hollandaise sauce on the menu - which truthfully looked like melted butter and not a hollandaise sauce. While flavorful, I have requested that the sauce not be included and was not able to eat the potatoes underneath the rest of the dish as they were drowning in the sauce.

Every time we visit the Wilbur Mansion it's an awesome experience. Our server Jeanine was outstanding, even though the table next to us was being obnoxious. The food was outstanding. I ordered a bottle of the Haut Red Blend from France, escargot and a charcuterie board. Excellent. David is a gracious host and manager.

Beautiful building - architectural wonder...delightful staff - had the special - duck and it was not good at all - I had to send it back and the lagged behind while I was trying to get a replacement and choose an appetizer but was brought an entree which at that point, took most of it home. It was disappointing initially - my replacement food was very tasty.

Atmosphere and service are fine dining. Food and plating not up to that level. Wait staff was lovely but a disconnect between her and kitchen -- unaware of menu changes. Young man who delivered food would benefit on tips to enhance the experience. Lacked personality. We enjoyed oysters and Wilbur salad. Salad was excellent. Amuse Bouche was a nice touch, indian spiced beef eggroll. Lacked presentation. Dipping sauce would have enhanced flavor. Single crab cake meal - cake was sizable little or no filler. Taste was good but not stellar. Bone in rib eye was good and cooked perfectly. Berry tart for dessert was very good. Old fashioned was excellent. Wine reasonably priced. $200/2 people was our total bill. We were celebrating our anniversary so dessert was compliments of the house. Would consider other options before returning here.

The setting is outstanding. The concern with the meal is related to value, not quality nor presentation. I know that prices have gone up for eating out. We are well aware of this and have been to a number of places and have noted this. Bottom line, we thought that what we got in relation to the price was out of balance. While it was an enjoyable setting and the service was good, it will not be anywhere near a first choice for dining. As I mentioned, the key operative word is “value”.

None oft his was the servers fault. She was very apologetic. They were out of lavender syrup for a cocktail still on the menu. A few of the other drink selections had grapefruit which is something two of us cannot have due to medications. The blueberry drink I did have was disappointing and so was the cosmo. The lobster bisque wasn’t ready for service because of a wedding party. Not sure how they were related. The entrees, sides, and desserts were good and made up for the beginning. We were disappointed to be seated in the front dining room. This was our third visit and we’ve never been seated elsewhere. Next time we will request a different spot-if there is a next time

Last time I was at Wilbur Mansion you got a vegetable and potatoes. I ordered a steak and nothing was on this big plate, not even garnish. It looked so alone. The food was great but I think you should go back to including starch and vegetable with meat choices. I did have a shrimp cocktail and it was not the best shrimp I have had. For the cost you need to review having an Ala carte menu. I think you will loose business. I am not sure when I would return at this point

Menu is fabulous and outside seating was dramatic. Will continue to return to this restaurant.

Just trying a new place. This was really good food. Finally, a restaurant in the Lehigh Valley that has crab cakes that are comparable to restaurants in MD. Great taste and great price.
