The burata should not be served with toast. It needs a rustic sourdough or something more substantial to pile the goods on. The Brussels were 10/10. Shrimp dish tasted a bit muddy. The oysters were tiny with way too much toppings. The fries were not hand cut fries. Definitely frozen fries. Disappointing. I think I would consider going back and trying the crispy chicken or burger, but the protein sources not organic or sustainably sourced so won’t order unfortunately.

Love the ambiance, service was slow, oysters were mostly all spinach and SO small. The Whitman Burger was delicious

In general, this place was great and outperformed expectations. The menu is limited, but the appetizers and burger are wonderful. The restaurant is difficult to find. It is actually back by the Kendra Scott store and a large field in a “pod store” set-up (high end metal container buildings). Additionally, you need to pre-register for access to the pod store area as there is security / screeners at the entrance. They can also enter you in their system there as long as you have a reservation. Overall worth it.

We enjoyed high tea!! The food was delicious and the experience was fun. We are locals so it’s nice to have some “big city” experiences here!

Whitmans was great for a small group as the tables are close together. The Brussels sprouts are prepared in an Asian sauce and they’re delicious. The sliders were good for happy hour and the free dessert was amazing. We got all 3 but the sticky pudding was the best. I am dairy free so I ate the 3 kinds of sorbet (coconut is my favorite). The wine was only $5 at HH. Others were having tea this Tuesday. That looked like a fun thing to do also. Give it a try for something different. Wish there were more stores at our pop up.

It was my second time at The Whitman and unlike the first time, food was cold and black cushions inside the restaurant were filthy. I’ll go back again and hopefully these issues will be addressed.
