We are accepting reservations to make your experience the most pleasurable. The White Marlin is a magnificent beach front steak and seafood restaurant that boasts a selection of seafood with a longstanding commitment to offering top quality ingredients from local fisheries up and down the coast of Florida. Freshness is our only priority working directly with fishermen and farmers, to bring you the most amazing fresh catches and beef there is to offer. With an ethos of spotlighting ingredients first, The White Marlins menu features simple preparations executed to perfection to allow quality to take center stage. We have two dining options for our guests experience between the more casual and lively Oyster Bar and patio to the traditional Main Dining Room. The Main Dining Room possesses classic and sophisticated warmth, is adorned with sharp accents throughout the room and plush seating lends the ideal setting for celebratory dinners or just a simple night on the town.

We spent 2 evenings here during our week of Vacation.... phenomenal in EVERY way. Love Love Love this gem! Bravo!

The food and atmosphere is excellent. Note that the outdoor porch is beautiful, but it is north florida and subject to current weather and wind conditions. At about $60 a plate it is not cheap, but it is worth a visit.

Group of five girlfriends, first time there… We all agreed one of the best meals each of us had ever enjoyed. Rae was our server and she was amazing. Answered all our questions with the upmost confidence and knowledge. She was absolutely “a Rae of sunshine”. The manager came by our table to check on us, that was quite nice. If we could give more that’s five star, we would. We will be back.

Our family enjoys eating out at the beautiful White Marlin when we come to town… from time you drive up the view is wonderful music is playing when you walk in the service and food was perfect would definitely recommend if you haven’t been try it you’ll love it !!

The seared tuna and wasabi mashed potatoes were to die for! We went for our anniversary and sat outdoors watching the sunset over the bay. Will definitely be back any time I am near port st joe!

Our meal was amazing as most always at WM. Ray was a wonderful server. We enjoyed our meal and our table and mostly always enjoy our time at WM. Tonight we had a reservation for 4 for my husband’s birthday. Shows the birthday in our OT res. Last week we knew that our guests were not able to join us. I tried multiple times Thursday & Friday on OT to modify my res and it said having trouble with servers. Tried to call the restaurant at least 3 maybe 4 times. No answer on Thurs or Fri. Once I think I left a message (not clear on the recorded message from WM) stating we would only be 2 trying to be considerate for a Sat night. I ultimately sent a message about 2 vs 4 people via OT with no response. I tried! We got there and all was great - they seemed surprised we were only 2 (I tried!). Ray (our wonderful waitress) was not made aware it was my husband’s birthday! . At least acknowledge! (many nice restaurants write a nice birthday greeting on a post card on the table) … should offer a dessert or drink but I get it. Not expected but my goodness when a table is celebrating something at least act like you recognize and make it celebratory - we made her aware but it’s clearly not the culture here which we have seen before. We have been may times (not a ton of competition here!) and there is just a disconnect from management and those that work hard waiting tables. My Tito’s and tonic double was $26! What!?? That’s ridiculous. It was more than my husband’s old fashioned. It was Tito’s! My husband’s surf and turf arrived with no ‘turf’! Quickly rectified which was great. Meal was delicious which is why we keep going back. We have supported since the beginning, during all the transitions and still leave there thinking ‘it’s got sooo much potential and could be so great’ … but alas … as home & property owners here we don’t have enough choices so we will be back. Hopefully they can keep this chef, answer their phones, and pay attention to messages on OT.
