The White Horse in Churton, the very first pub from Elite Bistros, the award winning team behind, Sticky Walnut, Burnt Truffle, Hispi, Wreckfish, Pinon and Kala.

You'll find a warm welcome, a great range of beers and well stocked bar plus all the fantastic food you have come to expect from Elite Bistros. Our toasty open fires are perfect to while away the hours with the newspapers or when the sun shines you can enjoy our terrace and beer garden.

Our kitchen is open 7 days a week, 12.00-8.00pm Mon-Thurs, 12.00-9.00pm Fri-Sat and 12.00-7.30pm on Sundays.

Upgrade your afternoon with afternoon tea by the fire at the White Horse in Churton. Available Monday - Saturday from 12pm-4pm. Not available on days of special events such as Valentine's Day and Guest Chef Nights Savour a curated selection of delectable treats, from freshly baked scones, sausage rolls, delicate finger sandwiches and sweet treats. All prepared with the finest ingredients by our team of chefs. Enjoy with freshly brewed tea and coffee and a glass of fizz for £28pp.

On Wednesdays* we quiz. 8pm kick off each week with a £1pp entry... the potential winner takes all! If there's no winner it'll roll over until the next week. Sometime it's Play Your Cards Right, sometimes it's based on The Chase. Sometimes it's just a good old-fashioned Q&A So come join us... book a table at 7pm dine with us. Quiz participants can enjoy extended hours of our '2 plates for £22' offer. With frickles, fresh cask pints and of course, lots of good company... what more could you ask for! (sometimes on Thursdays so please check for upcoming dates!)

The staff, food and drinks are all fabulous but I'm really offended by the service charge that numerous restaurants add onto the bill without telling you. I am paying to have a meal cooked, brought to the table and cleared up so why do they add a service charge. If this was a takeaway then I would be paying a lot less as it doesn't include any service.

Fabulous food, the honey ham could have been a little thicker, my brother’s chicken pie was delicious, our starters and deserts were amazing. Service was very attentive, our waiters clocked me and my brother opening our birthday cards and at the end we were presented with a token plate, which was lovely.

Good menu, food all freshly prepared and good value for money. Decent ,well priced wine list as well as a great range of beers on tap. Definitely worth a visit.

Lovely Sunday lunch. Good selection on the menu and reasonably priced. Service excellent. The only slight negative was that the plates weren't very warm so the food cooled quite quickly.

We enjoyed our first visit to The White Horse, having been to all other Elite Bistro locations and crowdfunded them on our part. Loved the ambience, and staff were friendly, however, we had to wait quite a long time for our drinks. Food was delicious for most parts, however, the rarebit seemed quite plain compared to other dishes. Wine selection was good, cocktails were superb. We look forward to visiting again!
