The Wheel focuses on American cuisine brimming with locally sourced ingredients in an industrial chic, waterfront setting.

Drawing on fresh ingredients from over 40 local farmers, fishermen and purveyors, the restaurant features the best of what’s in season with an ever-changing menu plus produce grown and harvested right from The Village’s rooftop garden. At the center of its open kitchen lies a hearth oven used to roast meats, fish and vegetables, as well as to bake Neapolitan-style pizzas.

We went at 6pm - in Sep - getting crowded when we left - very nice sunny day by the water. Very friendly waitstaff and very good food. Great ambience and views - we sat inside by window. Will go back.

Excellent service! Our waiter even found Crème de Violette to make an Aviation, even when it wasn’t a listed cocktail! Appetizers were stellar. We had the tuna tartare, which sat atop mashed avocado with olive oil, black sesame seeds, and homemade chips. We then shared a burrata salad with kale, greens, roasted tomatoes, and fresh a fresh champagne like vinaigrette. Our waiter was multi talented. He not only made the Aviation cocktail, but a lovely after dinner coffee with cinnamon and almond milk. Francisco is an asset! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. We had a great date night outdoors on the water. Thank you!

Jay was our server, he was attentive and kind! The food was so delicious and they had a great band playing on the deck... so a fun date night!

Absolutely excellent. The service, the food, great wine list, the ambience...can't wait to go back! We had friends visiting from out of town, and I was glad to be able to take them to a near-perfect dinner (especially after a less-than-stellar outing the night before at another restaurant).

The waiter was not pleasant and was actually rolling his eyes when we were asking if a cocktail could be made without the Aperol. Very disappointed as I had brought my cousins who were visiting me from London to the Wheel with high praise for the restaurant

We were sat outside for our 2pm reservation. Nobody came to our table for over 20 minutes. So at 2:23pm we just stood up and moved ourselves inside to the bar. I’m guessing the problem is that The Wheel tends to overseat - too many tables with too few servers. This was not first time this has happened here either. The bar was a 5 star experience (bartender was great, service was quick, food was good), but initial seating was zero star.

This was our first experience at the Wheel for me and my 2 girlfriends and we enjoyed every minute. The ambiance, the food and the cocktails were all perfect! And our waiter Francesco was fabulous! we will definitely return!

Unfortunately not a great night here. We usually love coming here but the service was not good. Our waitress was not friendly and rushed us out. She slammed our bill down on the table as we were eating dessert and walked away… we were going to order more cocktails and continue enjoying our dessert. I guess we will only come here in a slow night so we are rushed out and not feel unwelcome.

We feel that it’s good that there is more outside seating now. Perfect for a lovely lunch. The choice of food on the brunch menu is limited. We would like to see a more extensive menu.
