   Very tasty food. The triple cooked chips are the best ever! I had grilled halibut which was delicious. Very ample portions. Very friendly efficient staff.

   Food was very lovely & tasty very good quality. Service was only good for starter but wait for main course too long. Had we had a different table it would been a different review. They put a table right by the bar, was not a nice experience trying to eat dinner with loads of people coming & going to bar and constantly having people who are not spacially aware with their bums in your face. Would go back for food but would not sit at that table again. To be fair it was the only bad table in the house and we got it!

   Food acceptable, can’t really critique a salad. Service was excellent and as it was a beautiful day, we sat outside in the sunshine which was lovely. Thought it was little on the expensive side.

   Kindly accommodated us slightly earlier than booked. Stunning nibbles and amuse bouche but the roast beef was total perfection.

   50 minute wait between starters and main 🤷🏼‍♂️. Small car park inadequately lit

   This is the first place we would pick for a fabulous meal. The food is exceptional and really friendly staff.

    A wonderful buzzy atmosphere on a Friday night when we got the last table. The staff are really friendly and the service is unstuffy. The pub was so lively. Lots of happy people, lots of happy dogs too! A great place and the food was pretty good too!
