The Wepre Bar and Grill is producing excellent food..We have eaten there 3 times in 2 weeks..and we will definitely be back! The quality of the Carvery was excellent..roast potatoes were super delicious as was the choice of vegetables and meat! Every plate of food we have enjoyed with family has been freshly prepared and perfectly cooked!

I booked a table at the Wepre Bar & Grill as a number of members of my family were meeting in Connahs Quay. We arrived at the venue & found we were the only ones in the restaurant (it was Saturday afternoon), but that didn't matter as there was background music so it didn't feel quiet. The barman, Connor, was excellent - nothing was too much trouble. He'd even given me directions when I called to advise we would be a little late arriving. From start to finish he was very personable & chatty, constantly checked on us to make sure we were OK, getting us additional drinks, taking the order & bringing our food out. He even annotated one of the menus for me as I was gluten free so I knew exactly what I could order. The food was excellent - there were 7 of us on a lovely round table & most of us ordered something different. Every dish was lovely & there were 7 empty plates at the end. The sweets were also very good value - all were excellent just like the main courses, The restaurant is decorated very tastefully & there are lots of tables outside too. All in all a great experience & we would highly recommend this venue & we hope it is supported by the local community going forward.

Another great afternoon spent here. Lunch was delicious, I dont usually have a salad when out but wow, The Asian beef salad, was so tasty and plenty of it to, will be having again. Sat in the lounge afterwards, was so relaxing, great place to catch up with friends.

Been before and had fantastic carvery roast dinner so didn’t mind paying nearly £17 . The experience yesterday was very different . No chicken or turkey . Pork tasted lovely but cold . Beef was impossible to even cut or chew ( took mine home for the dog and even he struggled !) Broccoli hard .

We went for a quick dinner and the staff were brilliant, food was very good. Beer is abit expensive but overall excellent place.

Our meal was lovely there was a bit of a wait for the food but it was worth it . Great service from our server Ben , very accommodating with a few additions/ changes we requested , Nothing was too much trouble .
