The Watermark Taphouse and Grille has a uniquely Canadian take on California Fusion cuisine.
Located just eight minutes west of Burlington, in the charming village of Waterdown. The Watermark offers an interesting variety of dishes prepared daily with the freshest of ingredients. New York Steak, Pasta, Seafood, Wings, Burgers and Salads.
Traditional offerings of Pulled pork and Brisket smoked daily in the Watermarks very own wood smoker located on premises.
The interior is an amazing blend of textures and colour. Cozy booths, designed to offer you the privacy you need for an intimate dinner for two.

The Watermarks Patio, is an ideal outdoor setting to get together for great food, a cold beer or a bottle of wine.

    Dining room turned out to be noisier than the bar area. We’ll go back to using the bar area for dinners and entertaining.

    Tried out The Watermark for first time. Sat on patio which was nice. Location is meh in a grocery store plaza but they’ve tried to improve view with plants. Had bruschetta to start and really enjoyed their take on it. Salmon and Chicken Parm for entrees. Salmon was very good and nice selection of veggies. Rice was blah, would have been nice if a pilaf. chicken parm was generous serving. Sauce was lack lustre but overall it was fine. Good service.

    Great atmosphere, lots of great choices on the menu. We all enjoyed our meal. Will go back for sure.

    First date. Waitress caught on quickly that we were going to be there awhile and didn’t return too often when we hadn’t even opened the menus yet. We were there for 2 hours.

    Great service but the patio is right on the plaza parking lot, so noisy and uninviting ambiance. Food was good but not out of the ordinary.
