The only waterfront patio in Niagara-on-the-Lake is located at the mouth of the Niagara River, with a view to Lake Ontario.
Enjoy unparalleled views of boats sailing the lake and entering the mouth of the mighty Niagara River across from which is the historic Fort Niagara.
Relax with a meal of local cuisine, a glass of Niagara VQA wine, or a pint of Ontario Craft Beer.
The Waterfront Restaurant, Lounge and Patio at the NOTL Golf Club offers a quintessential experience with choice of dining options that will appeal to all.
Enjoy Executive Chef Jeff Hicks cuisine, ranging from pub food in our casual lounge to local fare in our dining room, while enjoying panoramic views of the Niagara River, Lake Ontario and Fort Mississauga. Our spacious restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and is available for private and special functions.

    Beautiful day. Stunning view. Friendly service. Food was excellent. I always order the fish and chip’s replacing the chips with salad. Two large pieces of haddock. Yummy.

    Friendly server Extensive menu. Wonderful views overlooking the lake. My chicken wrap lacked flavour. Could have used more cranberries. Pretty scarce. Crab and lobster rolls with fresh salad were delicious!! Surprise birthday dessert was a bonus.

    The hostess was friendly when she got to us, but there were quite a few people waiting to be seated without anyone giving us updates or even coming by to let us know that someone might know we were there. Our server even acknowledged when she came out that our martinis took too long to make. Food came out relatively timely and it tasted fine. Finishing up though for our check took much too long. The view of Lake Ontario is fantastic but if we visited the restaurant again, I think it would just be for a lunch. Not a great supper place — at least for us.

    We were introduced to the Waterfront Restaurant at NOTL by my BIL who had golfed there and immediately liked its informality. Covid intervened and we missed going from the US to NOTL for 5 y. Glad to go there again and enjoyed our club sandwich and fish & chips + wine for each of us. Now that entering Canada is no longer a challenge, we will be back.

    Great spot for lunch overlooking the water away from the hustle and bustle of Niagara on the Lake. Will definitely go here again. Lobster and shrimp roll was delicious

    My husband and I went with our good friends to this restaurant for dinner prior to the play. Each of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals and waitress was very attentive. We had a lovely view of the lake and the sailboats passing by from the indoor part of the restaurant .

    Food was good to very good. Service was a little slow. Potential customers should be aware that booking a table means you eat inside. To dine on the patio is "first-come, first-served." It was very hot day and my guests were OK with that, but on other days that would be frustrating. Overall, this is a great place to eat lunch, especially outside, because the view is spectacular, and the menu is good - but expect leisurely dining.

    Food was only average. Service was atrociously bad. Appetizer plates were never cleared before mains were put down. Beverages never refilled. Food took over 30 mins for appetizers to arrive and then before we were finished with those, they delivered the mains. Kitchen timing was way off. And at the end of the meal, all servers were too busy doing their nightly closing routines to shut down the patio to get us our bill and close out our cheque properly. Would not return or recommend.
