The food was okay. The Vegan options, not noteworthy. The fish and spinach pie starter were good, but every time my mother goes there, there is ALWAYS something wrong with her order. Either it doesn't arrive with the rest of the food and she sits without food. Naturally, she's not inclined to go there. We were placed at a table in the blazing sun (blinds were being repaired) despite a sun-free table behind us that was unoccupied the entire time we were there, and we did ask on arrival if we could sit there. Wish I could say it was a better experience.

We had a lovely time. The table was in the window where we requested. The food was delicious.

Excellent service from all staff. Pretty place inside and out. Live singer from 1.30 on Sunday lunch with a relaxed soft tone. Had trouble with the picnic bench type tables outside as getting old and hard to get in them but that’s a minor inconvenience for the experience!

It was very noisy with everyone talking loudly and in the bar area. I had the roast dinner, could have been a little hotter. Even when I asked for more gravy it wasn't too hot. Our friends did enjoy their fish and chips.

So glad we booked dinner here. What an amazing setting. The place was quirky and really different. There was a lot of lovely things to choose from on the menu. It was nice to see a fair amount of healthy options I had the special (baked lemon sole) which was really nice. The staff were so great - especially Charlie (the Barman). Awesome energy !! Good price - free parking around the area - would highly recommend

Everything was cooked to perfection, the staff were so on point and everything was just perfect, we will definitely be going back again, the prices are very good value for money, considering the location, the quality and overall professionalism all round, I really rate this place highly, lovely beachfront to sit out and enjoy a cocktail after too, best date night me and my partner have had in a long time.

Food was really mixed , fish and chips terrible (hardly any fish a big chunk of batter ) , chicken supreme and halibut good, vegan pasta really bland and tasteless and lemon sole average. Found it strange that they made a point of asking if the booking was for an occasion but then did nothing to mark the occasion, especially weird that ok arrival they asked me to point out who’s birthday it was but then did nothing to acknowledge it very strange. It’s nice to be on the seafront but the food let it down.

Beautiful location, fantastic ambience,Great decor ,Pleasant and attentive staff . Just a shame the food is just ok , Not worth the hefty price . Comparing it to other similar restaurants
