All our meals are prepared to order with the freshest ingredients.

Here at The Water's Edge Restaurant at Memorytown, we take pride in providing you a special and memorable dining experience. Sit lakeside, fireside or outside on the patio.

We are open Wednesday through Sunday from 5pm to 9pm. Reservations are strongly suggested but walk ins are accepted based on availability.

Our menu changes, as we are constantly sourcing the best and freshest ingredients available each season.

    Went of a whim to the Resturant which was our favorite dive bar in the Poconos Been many years since we went now it turned into a beautiful upscale dining experience We went with the 6 course Chefs tasting menu which you do not know what’s coming out to Its the chefs choice of food to serve & we weren’t disappointed

    My New York strip was cooked to perfection, the smashed potatoes were yummy and the broccoli rabe flavorful. The Bee’s knees was the best I ever had.

    My husband and I have always gone for our anniversary or special occasions. We love the food and the atmosphere, and everyone is always so pleasant. Highly recommend if you are looking for high-quality food and a beautiful restaurant over looking the water.

    Our food and setting were outstanding. Unfortunately, Mother Nature and Mr. Sun were a little bit unmerciful because it was 90+ degrees. I should have chosen to eat inside or made a reservation for later in the evening. We will definitely be back. It was our first time but won’t be our last!

    We had our Father's Day dinner at this restaurant, and while the setting is undeniably beautiful both inside and out, our experience was mixed. The staff at the entrance, who I believe was the restaurant manager, was exceptionally friendly and professional, setting a positive tone initially. However, our server was somewhat rude and repeatedly got our food and drink orders wrong, despite our clear instructions. The service was slow, and unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations. The portions were oddly sized, and many items we ordered didn’t taste fresh. The crème brûlée, in particular, was disappointingly small for its $10 price tag. Overall, the dining experience did not justify the cost or the effort it took to get to the restaurant.
