All our meals are prepared to order with the freshest ingredients.

Here at The Water's Edge Restaurant at Memorytown, we take pride in providing you a special and memorable dining experience. Sit lakeside, fireside or outside on the patio.

We are open Wednesday through Sunday from 5pm to 9pm. Reservations are strongly suggested but walk ins are accepted based on availability.

Our menu changes, as we are constantly sourcing the best and freshest ingredients available each season.

Join us for our award winning executive chef's six course tasting menu at The Water's Edge. Experience exquisite dishes that express the creativity of our passionate chefs. While you would normally expect somewhere between two and three courses when you order from an ala carte menu, this tasting menu will consist of six well thought out, unique and flavorful dishes. We enjoyed our dinner at The Water’s Edge. The service, food and drinks were incredible. Our table was right by the windows so we enjoyed the water and seeing the fish swimming near the water’s edge. We highly recommend this restaurant for a special event or just a nice night out.

Excellent service and wine. We had the 2019 Brolo but they also had Caymus on the wine list. Chefs choice menu was fantastic and diverse.

Classy, cozy ambiance. Great food and service. Romantic environment located beside a small lake, hence its name as The Water’s Edge.

Better looking inside than out. Very nice views and ambiance. Food is good if not great. Staff are friendly and attentive. However service is slow, restaurant was not busy, if it was 🤷🏻‍♂️. Perhaps it was down to the “fine dining delay”. Not sure if that’s the reason. If it is they should fine tune it with a little less lag. Especially the bar service, takes way too long.

Fresh food, vegetarian / vegan friendly, kid friendly, yet still quiet and elegant. Right on the water, had a wonderful time!

My wife and I ordered the chef’s choice with premium wine. $80 plus $50 I would NOT recommend this choice to anyone. We were not asked if we had any food allergies or specific food or spices that we cannot have. Many of the 6 courses were over spiced and too much salt! I don’t believe the “premium” wines were truly premium. Our waitress was lovely. Not going back.

We generally recommend that our guests choose one of our many delicious items from our seasonal menu or Chef's features instead, if there are major preference or dietary restrictions. The Chef's Tasting is designed to take our guests on a culinary journey. Allowing our expert chef's to curate your dining experience by making all the choices for you. The wine pairing is another guest favorite. We understand you may not have enjoyed the pairing but this may be due to personal preference. Our Premium Selection as well as our Standard pairing are all chosen specifically for each course to accentuate each dish and elevate your senses.
