All our meals are prepared to order with the freshest ingredients.

Here at The Water's Edge Restaurant at Memorytown, we take pride in providing you a special and memorable dining experience. Sit lakeside, fireside or outside on the patio.

We are open Wednesday through Sunday from 5pm to 9pm. Reservations are strongly suggested but walk ins are accepted based on availability.

Our menu changes, as we are constantly sourcing the best and freshest ingredients available each season.

Join us for our award winning executive chef's six course tasting menu at The Water's Edge. Experience exquisite dishes that express the creativity of our passionate chefs. While you would normally expect somewhere between two and three courses when you order from an ala carte menu, this tasting menu will consist of six well thought out, unique and flavorful dishes. Absolutely fantastic experience! The service was exceptional, making us feel warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. We indulged in the Wagyu flat iron steak and the grilled pork chop, both of which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The fondue was simply outstanding—rich, creamy, and an absolute delight! The ambiance of the restaurant added to our enjoyment, creating a lovely atmosphere for our meal. We can't wait to return; this place has truly won our hearts!

I didn’t have any particular expectations for a Poconos restaurant. I thought it was extraordinary in all respects - food, service, cocktails, ambiance. An 11 out of 10, and I’m a foodie.

Very memorable birthday dinner. From the moment we stepped into the unassuming building, we were awed! The warm and welcoming greeting we received from the restaurant manager set the tone for a most enjoyable evening. The tables in the dining area were beautifully set with white linens, fresh flowers and cute lights. The large stone fireplace and raftered ceiling just added to the wonderful atmosphere. If that weren’t enough, the entire window wall ahead opened onto a beautiful view of colorful trees and ducks gliding along. Our server was outstanding. She was very attentive and sweet. The drink and food menu was impressive. Everything we ordered was delicious. From cocktails and wine, a yummy crab and smoked Gouda fondue, shrimp pasta, roasted duck to a crème brûlée was spot on. We will definitely be back!

The Water’s Edge was in a very quiet and beautiful location. Our table was right next to the water. We saw a Blue Heron and a couple of turtles. Our waitress was outstanding. She was there when needed and gave us quiet time to ourselves. I marked the food a4 due to sending my steak back to be cooked more. Upon return, it was delicious. My wife loved the swordfish, moist and tender. Overall a good location for a special occasion!!

What a hidden gem! We took advantage of the date night package which included one night stay and dinner. Melissa, our server was fantastic! She took great care of us. The food was well presented and delicious. We’ll return for sure!

Could not recommend this place enough! The restaurant has a great atmosphere and our server was terrific. The food and drinks were top notch at every course. Cannot wait to go back.

We enjoyed our dinner at The Water’s Edge. The service, food and drinks were incredible. Our table was right by the windows so we enjoyed the water and seeing the fish swimming near the water’s edge. We highly recommend this restaurant for a special event or just a nice night out.
