All our meals are prepared to order with the freshest ingredients.

Here at The Water's Edge Restaurant at Memorytown, we take pride in providing you a special and memorable dining experience. Sit lakeside, fireside or outside on the patio.

We are open Wednesday through Sunday from 5pm to 9pm. Reservations are strongly suggested but walk ins are accepted based on availability.

Our menu changes, as we are constantly sourcing the best and freshest ingredients available each season.

    I’ll start with good, which was service and nice ambiance. But the food was pretty mediocre at best, my fish was overcooked and you probably get better quality at the chain restaurant. It also gave us indigestion afterwards… And the cocktails were just as bad (ridiculously sweet). The issue is that they call it fine dining and charged “fine dining” price! I do NOT recommend this restaurant.

    Usually a great experience, but this time my steak was cooked well done and not medium well as asked. I’m not one to send anything back when overdone but I was disappointed since this is the first time they missed a beat. Every restaurant has a bad day. So I will be back, but strike 2 and it’s over.

    The steak tartare and Mahimahi was excellent. My partner had the butter bib salad and the salmon special. Both were very good, but the crispy rice did not stay crispy due to the excess sauce, however the flavor was spot on. Our server, Mackensey was great. She was always attentive, but never overbearing.

    What a hidden gem in the Poconos. Celebrated my mother's 84th here with a warm welcome, great service, amazing food and wonderful ambiance!

    Let’s start with the positive. The atmosphere is very nice and very clean. The lighting provides a reasonable sense of ambience as well. And the wait staff is friendly and attentive. The food, however, is a somewhat different story. We ordered the tapas (cheese plate) to start. There were two types of cheese on the plate, both good but underwhelming. But, fine, we could certainly deal with that. We waited for 40 minutes for our meal. If it tasted fabulous, we wouldn’t have had a problem with that, but it simply was not good. The chicken was very dry, and they seem to have tried to compensate with adding more butter to already overcooked risotto. Even the carrots dripped from butter. The other dish we ordered was Mahi Mahi, which was also dry. To be fair, other dishes that we saw coming out of the kitchen *looked* good. In fact, ours *looked* good too - the plating was nice. But we honestly could have done better at home with these selections, and at the price that was charged, that was a shame.

    A++! Highly recommend! Rob called to confirm our reservation and was very accommodating when he found out we were held up in the raceway traffic. Our waitress was wonderful. Food was delicious. The establishment is beautiful. This was honestly the highlight of our whole weekend. You don't come across service like this nowadays. Fantastic!!

    Our experience here with a pre-B'Mitzvah celebration was one of my top 5 meals that I can remember. The food, service and ambiance were all perfection. The Yellowfin Tuna really took top honors while my duck with lardons were cooked to perfection. We were sat at a table close to the water. The service was not rushed, fun, informative and on point. As the day light retreated the scene outside the window was relaxing and mystical. Then the rain came. As the drops pitter-pattered and plopped the scene outside changed to a serene calm. Then the clouds cleared to reveal a double rainbow! Simply magical!

    This was our 2nd time there. We asked if we could sit outside and they were very accommodating. Matre'D and waitress were both outstanding and attentive. A little pricy but food was delicious. The setting is also outstanding. We have been going to the venue since 1996 when it was Memorytown.

    Food was very good, salads, soup, Mahi-mahi, & steak. service from kitchen extremely slow, especially since dining room was more than half empty. Two peeves: 1st, no bread is offered or provided. Their kitchen "is too small". 2nd, thet were going to give us a small table for 4. Requested that that put 2 2's together. Host looked at his pad and said that he needed the tables. All the tables for 2 were unoccupied the entire evening. If he stated the real reason, we could understand, but to lie, unprofessional to say the least.
