Welcome to The Warren Restaurant, an extension of The Crowborough Estate, holding stock of Sussex Cattle, Boer Goats, Fallow deer, and Wild boar amongst others which the restaurant draws on for its menu. We are a Dog Friendly restaurant.

Given the provenance, the kitchen predominantly cooks British food, occasionally dipping into other cuisines to provide a vehicle for flavours – nettle gnocchi for example, or poached oyster with wild boar chorizo.

WE wanted a unique fun and informal restaurant, to offer their Crowborough Estate’s produce from. When the site of the renowned Signor Franco’s became available, with those iconic arched windows of its orangery and glorious terrace overlooking the Spa town, the stage was set.

    First time being here, The restaurant has A very unique decor with good ambiance. We came on Sunday and had sunday roasts, The food is amazing and the service is excellent.

    First rate cuisine, lovely atmosphere and good service. We went for lunch and the staff were extremely attentive and efficient. The food was excellent and the atmosphere pleasant

    The food was amazing but the service was very slow. Finished our bottle of wine and starter plates had not even been taken away….

    Had not visited The Warren before, but wanted somewhere special to take my brother - had not seen him for a while. He was delayed by 30 mins but the stff were lovely and stayed open for us as we chatted. They were perfect, friendly and attentive but not obtrusive. The food was delicious and well presented. "Catch of the day" was sea bass, which was meaty. Loved the view from the window and people watching. Excellent ambience.

    Everything was great. Really exceptional food. Locally sourced meat. The clearly knows how to cook and satisfy. Stands head and shoulders above other dinning establishments.
