The Wardroom is situated on a prominent corner in historic downtown Easton, Maryland, in what was formerly The Brick Hotel — considered a marvel of its time in the mid-19th century. The gastronomic, European-style shop and bistro offers handmade pastas, house-cured meats, and artisanal chocolates from top French chocolatier, La Maison du Chocolat. Both a pasta and wine bar, the Wardroom’s menu consists of authentic Italian pasta dishes, cheese and charcuterie plates customized for each guest, and seasonal salads and antipasto dishes. The basement houses an extensive wine cellar and intimate tasting room called The Locker, as well as a temperature-controlled cheese “cave,” and a kitchen where chefs produce fresh pasta each day.

We have been dining there everyday for the past five days. Each meal in excellent. We come from Philadelphia to eat in Bluepoint Hospitality Restaurants. Great Food Scene and a great town!

Limited, but ever-changing and interesting menu. Casually elegant environment with great, friendly service. Food is delicious and well-presented.

Our server, Samantha, was exceptional. She was attentive to our needs and made sure we were welcomed to the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and meal. Thank you

Brunch was average due to an omelet without any accompanying sides. No bread, no potatoes, nothing. For $20.00 for one of the omelets we would have expected more. Everything seemed hurried as we were finished brunch in less than 30 minutes. While we are appreciative of all the new establishments that the Prager family has brought to Easton, brunch was not a highlight.

The self serve wine is an interesting concept but in reality is an inconvenience…having to get up from table frequently and there was no wine list so you are basing your choice solely off the bottle which is odd. Food was delicious but expensive. Cheese and charcuterie was $75 and way too much food for 4 people even though that is the suggested serving. Overall fine experience but not worth the price.
