The Wardroom is situated on a prominent corner in historic downtown Easton, Maryland, in what was formerly The Brick Hotel — considered a marvel of its time in the mid-19th century. The gastronomic, European-style shop and bistro offers handmade pastas, house-cured meats, and artisanal chocolates from top French chocolatier, La Maison du Chocolat. Both a pasta and wine bar, the Wardroom’s menu consists of authentic Italian pasta dishes, cheese and charcuterie plates customized for each guest, and seasonal salads and antipasto dishes. The basement houses an extensive wine cellar and intimate tasting room called The Locker, as well as a temperature-controlled cheese “cave,” and a kitchen where chefs produce fresh pasta each day.

                  Always a great experience at the Wardroom! We started with their world class charcuterie (cheese & meats) with a great bottle of wine. Then an appetizer of grilled / baked oysters that were amazing. We got a perfectly prepared NY strip steak for the table sliced fro easy sharing and eating. Then onto the pasta course where we all picked our favorite. We closed with their superb desserts including New York Cheesecake and Profiteroles. All with very attentive service from the staff. I highly recommend this restaurant.

                  As always, The Wardroom exceeded expectations! Anthony helped us choose our wines, Chef Jesse is the best, Marina is fabulous! Great food, great wine, great value! Love, love, love!

                  Enjoyed the food very much and they had a vast wines available. Wine dispenser was unique, but way too expensive for the very small amounts poured out.

                  Loved it! First time at The Wardroom and will definitely go back. Food was excellent, we had the steak and a pasta dish.
