The Wagyu Bar (by Meat N' Bone) is not your typical steakhouse. Most steakhouses are all smoke and mirrors. Multi-million dollar build-outs, fancy service, wooden chairs but cheap meat. They shy away from disclosing beef programs and even beef grading. The Wagyu Bar is a casual steakhouse with a focus on the actual steak. No Smoke, No Mirrors, Just Meat N’ Bone. All of our beef is sourced from Meat N’ Bone, one of the world’s finest butchers.

Our menu includes G1 Certified Beef, USDA Prime Dry Aged Beef and Wagyu of all grades: Wagyu-Angus, Domestic Wagyu, Australian Wagyu and Japanese Miyazaki-Gyu. Even our non-beef products are amazing: Colorado Lamb, Ora King Salmon, AAA Tuna, African Tiger Prawns, etc...

Our Beer, Wine and Sake selection is small but LEGENDARY.

    Experience authentic Japanese Wagyu the way it is meant to be. Try Japanese Wagyu in different presentations, including Nigiris, Tartare, and Carpaccio... this 7-course menu will allow you to have a taste of Australian and American Wagyu and compare it to delicious Japanese Wagyu. In this 7-course menu, you will understand why Wagyu is considered the best beef in the world. Plenty of beef will be eaten this night... so come ready for a Wagyu feast! Includes a bottle of wine for every 2 guests. Payment is due at the restaurant. No substitutions are allowed. Note some dishes are served raw or undercooked such as Nigiris, Carpaccio, and Tartare.

    We came for lunch on Sunday (Father’s Day) . We were the only ones dining there . Service was weird - we weren’t really greeted , just told to sit anywhere and then the server didn’t explain anything on the menu just stood there waiting for us to speak / order. Food came out promptly and the quality of the product is outstanding but nothing was really seasoned at all. The wagyu burger had zero flavor (no salt or seasoning) and only lettuce and onions on it so it was very bland. The brisket burger was more flavorful but it had cheese to help offset the lack of salt . We also had the octopus as an appetizer (it was very chewy and rubbery) and the steak bites which were flavorful but tough / leathery . We buy meat n bone products regularly and know its outstanding quality but if the person preparing it doesn’t know how to cook or season it then it’s a waste . We were very hungry so we ate everything but don’t think we will be back to dine in unfortunately .

    Did not realize the Meat and Bone affiliation. Otherwise, I would have known the steaks were previously frozen. For me, the taste is never as good. The fois gras was tasty, but the steaks were fatty (unmarbled) and way overpriced.

    Wagyu Bar excels at quality meat served in an expertly prepared way. Wagyu nigiri is a great dish to start with. The F1 NY strip was buttery soft a flavorful. Sides paired well. Finally the service was excellent. Highly recommend to venture out and try as there are very few places with steak as good as this anywhere.

    I cam here for dinner on a Friday evening and was seated right away. Cocktails- lychee martini- I didn't find this to be anything special. Appetizers: 1. grilled bone marrow- my boyfriend LOVED, but I did not care for. 2. the florida roll- this was EXCELLENT, fresh, delicious sushi. This was my favorite part of the meal. Dinner: 1. A5 burger- was very good and the truffle fries were great. 2. My boyfriend enjoyed the A5 steak. We had a very nice meal we even decided to come back the following day for happy hour. To our disappointment, although Open Table states they have happy our 7 days of the week, we were informed there was no weekend happy hour after we were already seated. I would definitely recommend the sushi.

    We ordered two lunch platters, one with Steak and one with salmon. The steak was inedible. It was full of tough fat. The salmon was too salty and too dry. It was very disappointing

    They have the best quality meats at the most accessible prices. Definitely worth visiting for an amazing culinary experience without paying extra for an over-the-top ambiance.

    We come here to have the experience of real Japanese wagyu. We ordered two different steaks of Japanese wagyu, one a 14 ounces called F1 and the other one a 10 ounces A5 Kagoshima, but in the end we were served two very flat, poorly sliced steaks with the exact same size and flavor. When my wife mentioned the fact that, in our last visit, the steaks looked nothing like the ones we were being served, the person in charge of our table said that the one we were showing in the picture we took last time was a $250 Kobe steak which I later verified it was not. When you order steaks worth $290 you expect at least to be what they say they are. We were disappointed with our visit this time mostly because my wife’s steak was $180 and mine $110 but they both looked and tasted the same.

    They charged me 14$ to add bacon to my burgers. Also charged me for fries that I didn’t order. It was an special occasion with my kids and I didn’t want to spoil it, but the service was not good
