The Wagyu Bar (by Meat N' Bone) is not your typical steakhouse. Most steakhouses are all smoke and mirrors. Multi-million dollar build-outs, fancy service, wooden chairs but cheap meat. They shy away from disclosing beef programs and even beef grading. The Wagyu Bar is a casual steakhouse with a focus on the actual steak. No Smoke, No Mirrors, Just Meat N’ Bone. All of our beef is sourced from Meat N’ Bone, one of the world’s finest butchers.

Our menu includes G1 Certified Beef, USDA Prime Dry Aged Beef and Wagyu of all grades: Wagyu-Angus, Domestic Wagyu, Australian Wagyu and Japanese Miyazaki-Gyu. Even our non-beef products are amazing: Colorado Lamb, Ora King Salmon, AAA Tuna, African Tiger Prawns, etc...

Our Beer, Wine and Sake selection is small but LEGENDARY.

Second time here, first was for late lunch. Saturday evening and had high expectations that were unfortunately not met. Actually food kinda bad. No excuse considering highly priced. Did like the beef carpaccio and liked the picanha crostini little more than spouse, but very disappointed on everything else. The truffle fries pretty bad, the sautéed onions barely sautéed, same for the grilled Portobello, barely grilled, pretty bad jasmine rice, and, totally disappointed in the olive-fed ribeye. For a meat place just didn't make it insofar the cooking of the meat, not to mentioned served rather cold at that. Again, had wanted going only to be seriously let down. Liked the wine at least, but spending $440+ overall and to not enjoy meal, unlikely to give another chance. PS Unfortunately system doesnt allow for person to respond publicly as well so in response: We did mention to the server about all the other items. Perhaps check first. Also, interesting that somehow bringing the hot skillet, which was appreciated, was supposed to address the kitchen's inadequacies to start with.

Hi Carlos, it is very unfortunate to hear about your experience with us. We strive to go above and beyond to ensure our customers leave feeling satisfied with our food and service. Once your food arrived and you commented about the temperature, we provided you with a hot skillet to cook the wagyu to your liking. We then checked on your table numerous times and you failed to mention anything about the mushroom, onions, rice, fries, or meat being unsatisfactory. If you had brought any of the following complaints to our attention while you were dining in, I can assure you that we would've made the appropriate accommodations for you. We encourage our guests to bring any concerns to our attention while we are still in the position to improve your experience, rather than after the fact.

First time at The Wagyu Bar. I had an early reservation so it was quiet and I was able to take in the surroundings and savor and enjoy the offerings. I had the bone marrow as opener and a 14oz Olive fed A5 ribeye with spinach at the side. Amazing all around and the waiter brought me extra bread for the marrow. I had a slice of basque cheesecake after and the manager brought me A complimentary glass of port. Overall amazing experience without the regular hoopla with places serving this level of food. 10/10

Had an amazing time at lunch this weekend. Food and service were excellent!! Appreciated very much the Juan Pablo's friendly way to share his knowledge about the menu options; the meat variety, the desserts, and wines were well above beyond.

Wagyu bar never disappoint. We try Miami spice menu this time and it was great. Service was excellent with attention to detail

We had an amazing quiet dinner date. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. We will definitely be back soon.

Outstanding apps and entrees presented by knowledgeable and friendly people. We found The Wagyu Bar to be a premium, steak-house experience with value pricing in a casual, friendly environment. Japanese, Australian, and American Wagyu ain't cheap, but the value is here and the experience memorable. We'll be back next time in Miami.

We went for the Miami Spice menu, but it is not available on the weekend. We had a wonderful time and everything we ate was delicious. The Bad The table was very uncomfortable for my 6 ft tall husband, he kept banging his knees with the bar underneath the table. We understand the tables are in the process of being replaced. The Good The food was amazing. The Japanese Wagyu burger was AMAZING. Everyone provided amazing service, Juan Pablo was very nice and totally understood the open table process of accumulating points. This place had been recommended by a vendor and I am just sorry we took so long to get there. My husband does not like to repeat places, but I can see us returning and will be ordering beef from meat n bone. Go and ENJOY!

I visited this restaurant on a Tuesday night to celebrate a birthday with friends, and it was fantastic! The ambiance is cozy, making it the perfect spot for gatherings. The service was outstanding, and the manager was exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They took the time to explain each detail about the different cuts of meat, enhancing our dining experience. We ordered nigiri, various meats, and the A5 burger—everything was superb. We will definitely be returning.
