Caledon’s newest contemporary fine dining restaurant features breathtaking views of the rolling hills and countryside, inviting a relaxed atmosphere for guests to wine, dine and socialize in a beautiful and serene setting. Executive Chef Denis’ carefully curated menu offers something for everyone, including vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten free dishes. Our Dining room is tastefully done in beautiful jewel tones and in the summer the Patio views are surrounded by the rolling hills of Caledon.

Enjoyable meal until a tour went through looking for a potential wedding venue. Little respect for others. After they left was a wonderful meal and venue as few people. Would be noisy for a large group.

This was our first time going and will NOT be our last. The ambiance was nice and open and the tables still felt Private. Cindy was a great server and had great and helpful knowledge of the menu and helped us make some amazing choices. The food let me tell you was outstanding. My wife had their Chicken with Mushrooms and rice pilaff and I had their Cod with asparagus risotto and it was to die for. The portion sizes are normally disappointing in a higher end restaurant but not here, so come hungry. I wish we had room for the desert as they sounded amazing. Lastly I would like to say a little something about Scott he was their beverage and wine manager and help with an amazing wine that accompanied both our meals. Not only is he a wealth of knowledge he was super friendly and really wanted us to enjoy our experience. I would highly recommend The Vista by Chef Denis. Weather you’re local to Orangeville or are coming up from the city it WORTH the drive.

Amazing experience ! Every plate was licked clean ! Can't say anything bad about our experience ! Would recommend this beautiful restaurant to everyone and anyone who wants to go home with a full belly and memories to keep!

Best beef tenderloin I've had in years! Cod was excellent. Ricotta cheesecake was delicious. Compliments to the chef!! Server provided just the right amount of attention; so pleasant. A wonderful experience.

A lovely setting with spectacular views of the countryside. The restaurant is set out in very high class decor. We found the chairs to be a bit too low relative to the height of the table. There was a DJ playing very pleasant mix of songs at just the right level in the background. The wine list offered a good selection of bottles and wine by the glass. The food was delicious and presented very nicely. We shared a Caesar salad, my wife had the filet mignon and I ordered the lamb chops with couscous. Both were cooked to perfection (medium rare). The portions were quite generous. For dessert we had a crème brule and a blueberry cheese cake with our coffee. Service was friendly and attentive. Overall a great dining experience. We will definitely return. $$$$ but worth the expense.

Extraordinary 🤩. I wanted to take my daughter out for dinner at someplace special but I don't know this whole area and took a chance on the Vista. We were so happy with everything!!

Very beautiful restuartant on an even nicer property. I took my family here for my mother's birthday We choose to eat outside and enjoy the leaves chaning colours. The service was fantastic and we got so much food! We were nervous it would be a place where you got relly small portions, because it is a fine dinning restaurant, but we definitely go our money's worth and enjoyed the food. It was nice and quiet and it felt personal. We are taking another family member here when he comes to visit in a few months.
