At The Millbrook Inn, the term “local food” is literal: we are surrounded by family farms of every kind, and insist our menu is sourced only from the finest ingredients in Millbrook and the Hudson Valley. In our elegant but laid-back bar and conservatory, we serve elevated, but not fussy, American cuisine, supporting local farmers and purveyors of every kind: from produce to eggs; from poultry to pork; from dairy to maple syrup. Our signature burger, has been called “one of the best burgers” in the Hudson Valley. In the evening, our intimate bar comes alive, with a wood-burning fireplace, great wines, and local, award-winning spirits and liquors. Just like our kitchen, we insist our bar is local; and showcase the best wines and spirits produced right here in Millbrook, the Hudson Valley, and New York State wine regions. We also offer outdoor dining, in our adjacent patio set amidst flower gardens and string lights.

We loved this restaurant. The food was inventive and delicious, using locally sourced fresh ingredients. And the wine was equally good. The service was warm and friendly, and the atmosphere was charming as well.

Our dinner was very good, large portions, artfully presented. Our server was excellent, knowledgeable and prompt to respond. We appreciated how The Vintage strives to support local farmers. Overall, it was a great dining experience in a lovely setting.

Beautiful venue in Millbrook . We did not stay at the inn but it looks charming and has had a lot of love and care put into the decorations and designs which are farmhouse chic and a beautiful garden outside as well . The restaurant was not busy when we were there so we had a lavish amount of attention from our server . The food was delicious and the presentation was first class and all locally sourced from nearby farms . All in all a wonderful experience !

The salmon trout was the most delicious and freshest I have ever had. The strawberry rhubarb crisp for dessert was the perfect combination of sweet and tart. The cheddar chive biscuits melted in my mouth. The atrium dining area is as lovely and cozy as can be. Maggie is a darling server well beyond her young years for service excellence and personality.

Went for Sunday brunch. The inn is charming. The brunch menu is limited but everything was well prepared and delicious—especially the cinnamon rolls, which could be a meal in themselves. Great place to go if you want a drive in the country.

As we drove through the rolling hills surrounding Millbrook, NY, which were populated by dairy farms and idyllic vistas, the dream for this first time visit was that the Millbrook Inn would hopefully match what we were seeing. In so many ways it exceeded our expectations. Beautifully landscaped on the exterior with a folk art theme on the interior the Millbrook Inn was the perfect place to be on Mother's Day. Food was delicious and more than enough and the service was superb. What a beautiful place to relax and unwind!

We had a wonderful evening at The Vintage! The food was delicious and the service made us feel like the only party in the house even though there were several others there. The local sourcing makes the menu especially wonderful. Cannot say enough about this special place.

The food and drinks were delicious and served by a lovely woman. The Inn itself is very nice looking and freshly painted inside and out. Hoping as they get more established they can upgrade a few things such as replacing the faux wood floors with real wood and incorporating more vintage furniture and lighting, and using real flowers instead of fake. Looking forward to trying brunch here in the future.
