A really friendly and welcoming place. I had a great meal and met some nice people. Very clean and tidy too.

The food was very inventive food-wise. Particularly the snacks and starters I was particularly taken with the spinach and cheese donut. My only criticism was the burger which was too wet. My friend was embarrased to comment on this but the bun was literally soaking. Having said that, I had a taste of the actual burger and it was very good. The prices were very good as well, but the wines were a bit overpriced

so disappointed. hard to get a roast wrong. ! overcooked poor portion beef (requested rate) bland atmosphere in a pub that used to be warm and friendly overpriced. We were being treated so didn't complain on the day but I will be going in to do so.

8 of us out for lunch. The food was superb, the service impeccable and value for money. Would highly recommend this pub and we are definitely going to book our Christmas lunch here. Can’t wait!!

Amazing little place, we visited for the first time and will definitely be returning. Fantastic food and service! Great outside space also.

New ownership and wow what an improvement! Newly refurbished and fresh. Great locally sourced food and absolutely delicious. The friendliest staff. Huge treat and we will definitely be returning.

We were unfortunate to visit on a very quiet Friday evening. All the food we had was great. Lots of pleasant waiting staff, but lacked knowledge of the items on the menu.

The food was lovely only thing is paying extra for cauliflower cheese for a roast . Couldn’t fault the service .
