The Vine Fine Dining is a highly awarded Chef's Table Restaurant located on-site of Cameo Heights Mansion in between Walla Walla and Tri Cities Wa. We feature table cloth dining an exquisit Cusine for the most discerning guest.

Our Chefs in conjunction and collaboration with our executive chef, create a fresh menu with new items every day that will surprise and delight you. The Vine serves Prix-Fixe 7-course dinners with diverse choices of rib eye, other red meats, game hen, pheasant, duck, lamb, port, chicken, halibut, wild king salmon, sea bass, pasta, appetizers, artisan breads, the best of local produce, and hand-made desserts. We have eaten at the Vine several times with great food and exceptional service. However, Valentine’s Day 2025 was perhaps one of the worst experiences we have had in the Tri-Cities. We were greeted with a glass of champagne which was nice but things got progressively worse. After being seated they asked our name no less than five different times. It took more than an hour hour to receive our vine order after ordering it 3-4 different times. They attempted to serve us the same early courses repeatedly, and we didn’t receive our main course until 2hrs after being seated. Other couples who were seated 30-45 minutes after us finished their meals (including dessert) before we even received our main course. We sat in the dining area next to the kitchen where we were had a front row seat to what can only be described as the most dysfunctional kitchen operation I have ever seen. Constant bickering and lots of tension that was on full display. Although the food was delicious, the dining experience and service was atrocious. Very disappointing. David, thank you for taking the time for this review. Although painful to read, it is a welcome reminder to never take anything for granted. On my part, I bear full responsibility for your experience, I'm sorry that we had timing issues that that affected service, as well as the lesson that we cannot stagger shifts which caused commotion and a disconnect in server responsibility. I believe we could have alleviated the service hiccups as well as the dysfunction that occurred amongst a usually united and seasoned team. Apparently, you have had more than a few flawless experiences at The Vine. If you would like to discuss how we can make this right, I would relish the opportunity. Please feel free to reach out.

The dinner was amazing, Chef Jose cooked our tenderloin to perfection. The broccoli bisque soup was incredible, it was an amazing dinner and an amazing breakfast the next day.

Jose is an amazing chef. Mushroom bisque appetizer was perfection. Intimate setting, world class wines, super-personal service.

Great food and atmosphere. Only bad thing is the unpaved road to get there

Hi Sam and Thank You!! Yes, I agree about the easement road and we do try to keep it in shape but it's a private easement controlled by many. While we do get help we are alone in our efforts sometimes. When the new highway is complete, a new access will be built.

The food was wonderful! Jose, the executive chef, was very personable. The converted mansion/lodge was beautiful. I’ll be back! The location will have you doubting Google Maps. It is down a long gravel and dirt road.

Couldn’t have been better! Very attentive and personable service in an intimate atmosphere. 7 course meal had various choices.
