   The best duck and lamb I ever had in my life. Wow. Service was top notch. Food and cocktails were incredible. Our server Gregory was kind and attentive without being overbearing. Such a lovely spot.

   Always a treat to have an exceptional meal at an exceptional venue. The Village Pub is a consistent hit and Michelin-worthy experience. From top tier, attentive service, to excellent mixology program, to a grand wine list, to delicious food at every course, a truly great experience for fun, for business, or for a special day/night out.

   The Easter Brunch was EXCELLENT this morning and we could not have had finer service from the professional team at Village Pub. We appreciated the experience fully. Thank you!

   My daughter and I had a very nice breakfast at the Village pub. Service and food was excellent. I had never been before so I was hoping the outdoor seating would be a little more outdoors, but it is in a covered porch with not much visibility to the outside. Very expensive brunch at $85 per person for a three course meal. Worth it as a treat! Done at just over $200 for two.

   This was an extraordinary experience: the above and beyond service by all; beautiful ambiance; lovely soft jazz; cocktails and wine selection; and of course the meal—from the canapés to the second dessert!

   The Village Pub is an elegant perfect restaurant with superb professional service, extraordinary food and a wine list that can only be termed profound. We have been coming here for special occasions for many years and were a bit surprised to find that their menu is now entirely pris fixe ($130 in April 2025) with daily specials available as well. No problem! Everything was exquisite including the delightful crudités, sublime Parker house rolls and amazing post-dessert bites. In the Bay Area, definitely worth a detour!

    We were surprised to see how few people were lunching, but quickly realized most were outside enjoying a beautiful day. The food is imaginative, beautifully plated and delicious. Our server was attentive and not intrusive. I appreciated being given the chance to taste the wine (a glass of champagne for me, Chardonnay for my husband) before the somm poured. It was a lovely place to celebrate a birthday!
