Drinks etc was fine, service was mediocre, lady behind the bar was grumpy and rude when asked what lagers they had - reply look over there! As someone who managed a pub and who’s daughters have recently worked as bar staff it customary for bar staff to know what beers you have and be able to tell customers without being rude

Very nice local pub. The kitchen is excellent. My fish and chips was delicious. My friend had the monkfish and prawn curry which was exceptionally good..so, do go for the beer, and stay for the food. You won't regret it.

Not a great experience. Felt bad for them as they were clearly overwhelmed. Food pretty poor. Cold. Took an hour for anything to come out then another 45 for our table to be cleared. Wouldn’t recommend tbh.

Evening, My apologies that you did not have a great experience, in all honesty we were a bit understaffed today however the team did there best... would you be able to send us an email so we can offer you some sort of compensation. Really great Roast, and lovely staff - although they were probably a bit stretched but regardless couldn't have been more helpful and friendly!

Amazing Sunday roast (we all had the vegan option - delicious vegan Wellington), great wine and really lovely people!

The entire staff are all so welcoming, kind, personable and accommodating. They make you feel really at ease. The ambience is fab, amazing photography of Peckham which makes you feel connected to the area’s vibrant and diverse history which must continue to live on and at The Victoria Inn, it does. The staff and the place are a reflection of the area’s colourful quality, how spaces should be! The food is divine and really good value. One of the best Sunday roasts I’ve had in London and as a Sunday Roast aficionado, that’s saying something! Thank you for being such a gem of a pub. Love it.

Absolutely delicious Sunday lunch with family. Huge portions of everything. When we last went on Easter Sunday we noted that the Yorkshire puddings were suffering from being too big and this was affecting their quality and taste, and were delighted to learn that this feedback had been taken into account. Excellent value. Had to have a kip when we got home.
