We have been to this brunch a few times now and it never disappoints. It is quite pricey, the the ambience and quality of the food and service makes it a wonderful place to dine. We will come back again for sure!!

We’ve been coming for brunch for 32 years and it is always a wonderful experience. I still like the old decor better as it was cozier. The new look is a little too cold and sterile for my taste. The food was delicious as always and the service was great. The only thing that could be improved on is the background music. Jazz is not everyone’s cup of tea and especially for the Christmas season, Christmas music would have been more appropriate.

Great variety of menu items. Superior food quality. Recommend the seafood tower for two. Professional friendly service. Family friendly. We had a two year old in our group who was very well taken care of.

I had a birthday dinner at Vermillion and it was a blast. The food and drinks were amazing. Really grateful to PJ for looking after us and making our experience special and memorable. He is very professional and attentive to details, i was dining there a year ago and he recognised me and remembered the table we were seated at last year. I also received a birthday desert with a candle. The whole experience was impeccable.

The prime rib was absolutely melt in your mouth tender. The vegetables accompanying it were cooked to perfection. It was a truly enjoyable meal from beginning to end.

Such a nice brunch with view on the mountains. The food was excellent, and our waitress was so nice. Definitely recommend it!

We celebrated our 17th anniversary here and all of the staff made it so special for us. The atmosphere was intimate, warm and romantic. The food was amazing!
