Perched on the mezzanine of The Connector at Winthrop Center in Downtown Boston, The Vermilion Club is Chef John Fraser’s modern take on a classic chophouse. The space exudes a vibrant energy, making it the ideal destination for all occasions. Named after Dale Chihuly's masterpiece sculpture above our 55-foot bar, The Vermilion Club embodies a design-forward ethos conceptualized by Thomas Juul-Hansen.

Chef Fraser's Mediterranean heritage shines through in the menu, featuring elevated steakhouse classics and Northeastern favorites. Beverage Director Amy Racine unveils an expansive cocktail lineup featuring over 70 meticulously curated cocktails, reintroducing classic cocktails with a contemporary twist. The pastry program is under the expert guidance of Chef Sofia Schlieben, and her large-format Caramelized Puff Pie takes center stage.

We had an amazing experience celebrating my husband’s birthday here! Our waiter, Johnathan, went above and beyond to make the night special. He knew the menu inside and out, offering fantastic recommendations. The French onion dumplings, king crab tagliatelle, cowgirl ribeye, and baked Alaska dessert were all incredible. For non-drinkers, they have a great selection of mocktails, especially chamomile French martini . Highly recommend this place—we’ll definitely be back!

Wait staff provided an outstanding service. Food was amazing. Music was a mixture of vibes but all to my liking.

By far the best we’ve been to in Boston! Everything was spectacular! Service, food, venue! Not sure what more to add other than the Boston Cream Pie Fioe Gras was unbelievable! Must have!

Loved our waitress and would consider going back for a drink but the food is a BIG MISS nothing special whatsoever and overpriced

The restaurant is beautiful, with impeccable service. Spicy steak salad was great. Drinks and food are always excellent!

Went for weekend brunch and it was very quiet (consistent with the Financial District), but service was great and the food was excellent.
