Executive Chef Jon Simoneau has developed a menu that features fresh, sustainable raised Colorado beef for quality steak selections and a range of New American dishes that can be enjoyed. We also have a full cocktail bar and carefully curated an extensive selection of wines that is approachable and newcomers and connoisseurs alike.

We are located adjacent to Union Station on the corner of 15th & Wynkoop. Our focus is on consistently good food without the frills and fuss of haute cuisine but delivering on 5-star service.

We have enjoyed Velvet Cellar several times. Tonight, however, the service was extremely slow. I suppose we shouldn't go to the restaurant on a night when there is an Avalanche game as the servers indicated that was the reason our food was late to the table. No apologies. I guess they needed to attend to those tables instead of ours. Disappointing.

This was an absolutely fantastic dining experience! My boyfriend and I dined here last night for our 1 year anniversary and it was such a treat. I put notes in our reservation that it was our anniversary and they served us a complimentary glass of champagne each, such a nice touch! The restaurant had such a cool ambiance that felt modern but also classy. Our waiter was so professional, friendly and accommodating. He made great food recommendations and we also ordered a bottle of wine, which they corked for us and put in a bag since we underestimated how much we could drink in one sitting. The food was absolutely divine and flavorful. I highly recommend this establishment for special occasions or if you're in the mood for great and fancy dining.

Bar tender was very nice and brought us our drinks and menus promptly. Cocktails were delicious. We went for the last brunch and while the food was amazing we could understand why they wee pulling the plug....it was us and 6 other people in the restaurant. We have also been here for dinner several times and would highly recommend!

The food was very tasty but was not vey hot. The gentleman that waited on us was excellent. My suggestion is to invest in heating lights to keep the food hot while making the other food. Thank you

We did the brunch experience and it was amazing! Highly recommend! Our waiter Steven was absolutely wonderful! Did the bottomless mimosas, incredible sandwich, and southwest along with big biscuit and all so good! Highly recommend this spot!

Great brunch spot, very convenient to Lodo and Union station, very nice menu and attentive service! A pleasant experience compared to the crowded brunch menus in Denver.
