Executive Chef Jon Simoneau has developed a menu that features fresh, sustainable raised Colorado beef for quality steak selections and a range of New American dishes that can be enjoyed. We also have a full cocktail bar and carefully curated an extensive selection of wines that is approachable and newcomers and connoisseurs alike.

We are located adjacent to Union Station on the corner of 15th & Wynkoop. Our focus is on consistently good food without the frills and fuss of haute cuisine but delivering on 5-star service.

Reservation was at 6:15pm, we didn’t get starters till almost 8pm. Took so long to get the food out, asked for zero proof drinks and got alcohol. Wasn’t worth the time or money.

Food was below average. Pricing is ridiculous ($16.00 for a mock tail $2.00 for a side of ranch dressing, I could go on and on). I found myself looking for the salt several times throughout the meal to no avail, food had no flavor. Peach burrata was served with premature ripe peaches (they were rock hard), steaks were thin and not cooked properly. The menu is small, not many options.

Lovely experience during a recent girls trip to Denver. The restaurant is in a great neighborhood, easy to walk around before or after your meal. The hostess and all the servers we interacted with were sweet and helpful and overall professional. The food was delicious (all three of us had steak). The drinks were also equally delicious - I did the red wine flight and my friend got a whiskey cocktail. All is all very much encouraged to visit and eat here!

Good charcuterie board but shrimp and grits dish was way too salty. Courses came out way too fast and used plates were not all removed between courses.

We absolutely loved this gem of a restaurant. Our server, Courtney was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu & really fun. The food was to die for and the cocktails were creative & strong! Our group of 4 foodies enjoyed the coiba ceviche, house chopped salad, shrimp & grits, quinoa bowl, miso salmon & the steak filet. EVERYTHING tasted amazing. This is a beautiful spot and we will definitely return soon.

Working Mgr Bryan and his staff made us feel welcome and at home. Sound level was great for having a conversation and Happy Hour menu provided a lot of options. Even my mocktail was fab. We will be back.

My partner and I celebrated his 30th birthday here and it was awesome! The main reason we chose to dine here was the grass fed steaks from CO on the menu and they did not disappoint! Highly recommend this joint if you are looking for a steak! The staff was all very friendly and highly attentive!
