Located in the original bank vault of the historic 555 California St building on the Concourse Level, The Vault Steakhouse offers indoor dining, a lounge and bar with an extensive cocktail, whiskey and wine program for a special occasion, business function, and date night - all in one place. Enjoy classics steakhouse cuts, creative and fun sides, tableside touches and more.

Chefs Ryan Cerizo & Jason Halverson have collaborated to take all of the things we love about Steakhouse dining and elevate it with simple, delicious, modern day touches.

Onsite parking is available for $5 in our 24 hour secured garage.

Jarrett was PHENOMENAL, Oliver was too and actually … all the rest of the staff. It was a wonderful experience , the steaks were WONDERFUL - and we’re from Texas !!! … I would highly recommend the chocolate mousse to finish your meal. As a matter of fact.. this place will definitely be highly recommend to family , friends and strangers!

Sirloin steak, instead of being a flat-ish traditional cut, was a ball of fatty un-chewable meat. Even the server said he thought it was a mistake when they sent it out saying it was sirloin. Wait staff overall was very good.

The best service you’ll find anywhere! Lovely piano playing and I challenge you to find a more mouth watering menu anywhere from the raw bar to the choice steaks and sides. I recommend the horseradish sauce on the steak and the corn side especially- don’t miss on the panna cotta dessert! Big shout out to Jarrett for taking care of us and the whole team who kept my glass filled perpetually and the manager for taking pictures for us, everyone was so great and gracious!

This place has great food and great service. The atmosphere was less than desirable. It was extraordinarily hot. One member of our party was pregnant and had to keep getting up and going outside as it was very uncomfortable. No one commented on if the A/C was out or not — business just went on as usual. I definitely recommend this place for the food and service - the steaks are top notch. Just be mindful, if you have elderly/pregnant people in your party to be sure the restaurant is suitable.

Classic steakhouse. Very nice to be able to select your own knife. Steaks were great. Tot-caviar pillows delicious. Oysters to start also a win.

Ordered the filet, they have me two small half’s of what I assume used to be a full filet… kinda crazy considering the price point.
