   This restaurant was amazing! My boyfriend and I went for Valentine’s Day, and it was the perfect date night spot. The service was incredible, and the food was amazing. I would totally recommend this place for a fun little date night spot or a place to celebrate something special.

   Overall had a great experience and meal at the vault. The heaters were the perfect temp. I chose the restaurant based on location near the Jay hotel and menu offerings. The crab dip was fantastic. The fried brussel sprouts were a bit burned. The risotto had great texture but I wasn't a fan of the mushrooms but that was personal taste. Overall a pleasant experience. Will try the Vault steak house next time in the city.

   We ordered two appetizers, dinner roles and crab/artichoke dip. The roles came out first, but not quickly. The dip came out with our entrees. It took nearly 40 minutes to get the dip. We asked a couple of times and were told it’s coming soon, then, when delivered I was told the dip “takes a long time to make”. Staff were cordial. Main courses ok. Good wines. Loved the decorations and seating setup. Overall, a middle of the road experience.

   The customer service was great as soon as you walked in. The host Andrea was wonderful. She was also our server. We tried to make reservations for the steakhouse, and they were booked, but she let us know that we could go down and have dinner at the bar. So when it was time to order she gave us suggestions and we went for them, and it was great. I can't wait to go back, because everything was great. I love being places where they enjoy what they do, and the staff there were amazing.

   Festively decorated and good service. Our whole party agreed that food tasted like airline food. And it was very expensive. I would only recommend for one festive drink.

   Loved how they went all out with decorations. Food and drinks were delicious, and the staff gave great recommendations.
