The Vault at The Liberty Trust is a haven for dining enthusiasts, offering an eclectic menu of shared plates featuring authentic recipes from around the world paired with specialty cocktails, international wines, and local craft beers. The Vault's selection of menu items are the perfect match with the grand décor of The Liberty Trust.

    Great atmosphere. Wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary with dinner at The Vault. The service was great and the atmosphere was romantic. We had a fantastic visit.

    We dined here and got seated in the old bank vault. Fun! Here is the highs and lows of our dinner. Lows: our entrees came almost immediately after our starters were delivered. Poor timing and did not let us enjoy our starters as we should have. We both ordered the brazialian steak and I was disappointed in the temperature, portion and quality. Maybe being served almost the same time as our starter might have influenced my review here. Highs: we stopped at bar for a drink prior to dinner and the servers were delightful. The starters were wonderful. I had the crab dip and wife had the steak tartare. They were large enough to share - but we didn’t. Very good food. Also shared a piece of cake at the bar after dinner. Hummingbird cake was delicious. We would return if we were in the area and share 2 or 3 staters and end with dessert.

    The tomato water martini. That’s all that really needs to be written. We did really enjoy the mix of small plates. Wonderful time.

    Tapas menu with a wide variety of options. We had three plates for the two of us which was more than enough. All were delicious. Excellent hummingbird cake for dessert. And the drinks were great as well. Excellent service throughout the evening. We highly recommend the Vault.

    Very delicious! Service was always perfect. They did not simply bring everything to the table. As you finished one item, the next was on it's way. That way cooks did arrived cold, and hot, hot.

    The food and drinks were great! We especially liked the tapas plates of Shumai, Khachapuri, and the Ceviche. Service was excellent, too!

    First, when you reserve you have two options "the Lounge" and "Other", with no explanation. The lounge refers to seating on couches with coffee tables. So not the best for actual dining, if that's what you had in mind. Fortunately, the Maitre D' was able to change our seating to the actual Vault, which was cool -literally and figuratively. For those with an aversion to high-top seating, this restaurant is NOT for you, unless you like eating off a coffee table. Moving on- they do advertise ' eclectic menu of shareable plates', however I found the shareable plates to be awfully small - IMO two people would starve with 2 plates of whatever, so be prepared to order more. Yes, good, but spectacular, no. It seems they want to fill you up with toast. However, the desserts were FANTASTIC. The Chocolate "Pot" was out of this world as was the Creme Brulee. Worth the trip.
