The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Bourbon is a unique entertainment space featuring American cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, innovative craft cocktails, and bourbon education.

This 16,000 sq. ft restaurant bar and event space is influenced by the Horse Soldier Bourbon team’s historic background and favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

The leather sofas, wood-burning fireplaces, copper stills, and vast bourbon “library” will transport you.

Dress Code:
The official dress code for The Urban Stillhouse is “smart casual”. Gym clothes, beach attire including flip flops, clothing with holes, non-dressy tank tops and ball caps are not appropriate for the elevated experience our patrons have come to expect from us.

The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier is versatile; designed with creativity and customization in mind. We want your event or special day to be perfect. Our 16,000 square-foot facility features three private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, three bars, a large upstairs space, “the library”, as well as the main dining floor. Book the building as a whole or design your event a-la-carte utilizing one or some of the various space options. Our state-of-the-art kitchen can accommodate any catering size and cuisine, as well, our full-service bars allow for creative mixology specific to your event. Most importantly, our professional event team cares about your group’s experience as much as you do and will strive for perfection.

Executive Chef Kenny Tufo will compliment this experience, providing unique and tantalizing dishes to accompany each individual wine expression. We had an amazing meal with our party of 8 in a private room . Service was outstanding as well as each meal.

While the service was impeccable, the food tonight was below average. My wife and I have had dinner there several times before and were anxious about dining again and were bringing our daughter this time. The two appetizers we ordered were very good. The $84 steak was terrible. The last time I had that much gristle in a piece of meat was at a Vegas buffet. The brussel sprout "side" was tasty, but served luke warm, so disappointed. Our bill with the tip was $325. It will be some time before we return - if ever. There are too many good restaurants in St Pete and for that kind of money, we can do better.

Once again, superior service backed up with incredible food! The General Manager came to our table, as he did at brunch a few months ago, to check on us and our experience. Such a nice personal touch! Great place for celebrations or just a unique upscale dinner experience.

Our first visit was remarkable and we will be back. The Mack brothers were our servers and from start to finish with service and recommendations on food and drinks were excellent. Appreciated the story of the history of the brand and building. Thank you for a great experience we will be back. Highly recommend.

Our bartender/server Brett was excellent and always is when we come in! Knowledgeable, attentive and always elevating our experience!

The urban stillhouse never disappoints! We brought Kentucky friends for a bit of bourbon home and they were blown away! Great lamb, pappardelle, pumpkin soup, etc etc and yes old fashioneds! Thank for away being consistent!

We had a memorable bourbon tasting experience that combined Horse Soldier’s inspiring story with expertly crafted bourbon and outstanding hospitality. We had an exceptional dinner afterwards. Throughout our entire visit, the staff made every part feel special.

The atmosphere is unique and the food had good flavor. However, the food was served lukewarm and the bar seating was uncomfortable / awkward when trying to eat your food. This is not a place I will return to, particularly given the relative expense.
