The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Bourbon is a unique entertainment space featuring American cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, innovative craft cocktails, and bourbon education.

This 16,000 sq. ft restaurant bar and event space is influenced by the Horse Soldier Bourbon team’s historic background and favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

The leather sofas, wood-burning fireplaces, copper stills, and vast bourbon “library” will transport you.

Dress Code:
The official dress code for The Urban Stillhouse is “smart casual”. Gym clothes, beach attire including flip flops, clothing with holes, non-dressy tank tops and ball caps are not appropriate for the elevated experience our patrons have come to expect from us.

The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier is versatile; designed with creativity and customization in mind. We want your event or special day to be perfect. Our 16,000 square-foot facility features three private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, three bars, a large upstairs space, “the library”, as well as the main dining floor. Book the building as a whole or design your event a-la-carte utilizing one or some of the various space options. Our state-of-the-art kitchen can accommodate any catering size and cuisine, as well, our full-service bars allow for creative mixology specific to your event. Most importantly, our professional event team cares about your group’s experience as much as you do and will strive for perfection.

I just know that on my next visit I will ask to be seated downstairs. Upstairs is a bit too dark and away from the party.

I don’t quite understand why you have to make a reservation and still wait 45 minutes for your table. Make sense to me. If you can’t be on time you shouldn’t take reservations because that’s what we call and make reservations for a specific time to sit and wait for our table to be ready.

The Urban Stillhouse never disappoints! From apps to drinks to dinner and the chocolate mousse with salted caramel it’s stunning from start to finish! The none in bison filet is always on point! Thanks for always being consistent!!

Urban Stillhouse is a must visit for military & retired military veterans & their families. Good food, great drinks, and a visibly welcome ambiance. Learn about the history of the Horse Soldiers and the back story on their bourbon.

Seriously, from A-Z, this was an amazing experience. The ambiance is unmatched. The story behind the bourbon and restaurant is phenomenal and makes the ambiance even more attractive. The food was great. The prices are high, but it’s worth it. The service was also exceptional.

First I’d like to say Urban Stillhouse has been my absolute favorite restaurant in the area for years. It is absolutely beautiful and the food and drinks are fabulous. The vast majority of the time the service is stellar. With that said, there is a very new “feel” with some new management that has taken over. It’s not good. It’s a very palpable difference in the vibe. Making the reservation was a challenge from the get go. I’ve never had that issue and we’ve dined there many times. I was told for a party over 8 we’d have to pay a fee for a private room because they didn’t have a table large enough for anything over 8. We have used the small room before but never paid for it and quite honestly we prefer the regular dining area as it’s really pretty. Last night we went as a family. There were 7 of us. Our bill was right at $1000. We had an after dinner cocktail and were enjoying just relaxing a little bit and talking together. The moment our bill was paid the new manager began literally staring at us. It was so awkward. He made it very clear that it was time for us to leave. We rarely get out as a family and we were just enjoying our time together. After spending $1000 you’d think a thank you and please relax and take your time would be warranted. Not the case. We felt very pushed out the door. The former manager Joey was so kind and accommodating to everyone. This was a huge disappointment

Delicious food and very attentive service. Feels like a charming rustic lodge. We were on a private room which was wonderful. Dining room can get a bit noisy however. Enjoyed the food and service. I would heartily recommend.

Incredible history at this restaurant plus phenomenal food, cocktails and service at this unique place. Spent our anniversary here and will return in a heartbeat.
