The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Bourbon is a unique entertainment space featuring American cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, innovative craft cocktails, and bourbon education.

This 16,000 sq. ft restaurant bar and event space is influenced by the Horse Soldier Bourbon team’s historic background and favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

The leather sofas, wood-burning fireplaces, copper stills, and vast bourbon “library” will transport you.

Dress Code:
The official dress code for The Urban Stillhouse is “smart casual”. Gym clothes, beach attire including flip flops, clothing with holes, non-dressy tank tops and ball caps are not appropriate for the elevated experience our patrons have come to expect from us.

The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier is versatile; designed with creativity and customization in mind. We want your event or special day to be perfect. Our 16,000 square-foot facility features three private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, three bars, a large upstairs space, “the library”, as well as the main dining floor. Book the building as a whole or design your event a-la-carte utilizing one or some of the various space options. Our state-of-the-art kitchen can accommodate any catering size and cuisine, as well, our full-service bars allow for creative mixology specific to your event. Most importantly, our professional event team cares about your group’s experience as much as you do and will strive for perfection.

One of if not our favorite restaurant in Saint Pete and we are locals. We are regulars here and it is always superb from service to food to atmosphere. We always get a nice table this time we ate at the bar and we served by Vincent who was amazing

The ambiance is outstanding! The food was bland and left a bit to be desired. We sent the appetizer back. The meal was ok, but we were hungry so made the best of it. I will go back to grab a drink and enjoy the scenery but I will not be eating there anytime soon.

Very good service and food. Went early on a Friday and were seated immediately. Although it’s a large room the noise level was very low. Service was informative and not pushy at all. Food was delicious and the menu creative. Pricey but worth it for a treat. The shop on the way out was full of funny gifts.

Food and drinks were excellent! The hosts were friendly and hospitable! This was my fourth time eating at Urban Stillhouse and it continues to be my favorite spot to eat in St. Pete. Though, the service this time was disappointing. Our server came by our table three times in five minutes, trying to push us to order our entrees immediately after receiving our drinks and appetizers. Once we decided to put our entrees in 10 minutes after the last time our server came by our table, we ordered and then requested she hold off on sending in our orders until we finished enjoying our apps and drinks. Our server ignored our request and our food came out 10 minutes later. There was no need to rush us. We saw a handful of open tables in the dining room. I expect a fine dining place like this to honor and be a little more in tune with customer requests, especially for the price you are paying for your experience. Beyond that, somehow the cocktails members of my table ordered came out well before a pour of bourbon that I ordered.
