The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Bourbon is a unique entertainment space featuring American cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, innovative craft cocktails, and bourbon education.

This 16,000 sq. ft restaurant bar and event space is influenced by the Horse Soldier Bourbon team’s historic background and favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

The leather sofas, wood-burning fireplaces, copper stills, and vast bourbon “library” will transport you.

Dress Code:
The official dress code for The Urban Stillhouse is “smart casual”. Gym clothes, beach attire including flip flops, clothing with holes, non-dressy tank tops and ball caps are not appropriate for the elevated experience our patrons have come to expect from us.

The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier is versatile; designed with creativity and customization in mind. We want your event or special day to be perfect. Our 16,000 square-foot facility features three private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, three bars, a large upstairs space, “the library”, as well as the main dining floor. Book the building as a whole or design your event a-la-carte utilizing one or some of the various space options. Our state-of-the-art kitchen can accommodate any catering size and cuisine, as well, our full-service bars allow for creative mixology specific to your event. Most importantly, our professional event team cares about your group’s experience as much as you do and will strive for perfection.

Everything was perfect! The lamb was exquisite. Cocktails were great. Service was great. The only trouble we had was I stood at the bar, waiting to get a drink for almost 10 minutes and none of the bartenders even acknowledged I was standing there. We didn’t get a drink before dinner while we were waiting for a table because they didn’t acknowledge me standing there, waiting .

This was our first visit to the restaurant with another couple. The ambiance is appealing, though it can get quite noisy. While the food was enjoyable, it didn't leave a lasting impression. My drink was nice, but the mocktail fell short. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I'm uncertain about returning.

We has a wonderful time the ambiance , service , drinks, food was all amazing. There wa sno vegitarian option on the menue - the server did make a recommendation for a vegitarian dish and it was very good ! Thank you for a wonderful night .

A very cool, upscale restaurant. Staff folks were delightful. Food bordered between to great. Wine list was very good. Old Fashion drinks were yummy. Only major complaint was the noise level in the open room -- This made it VERY difficult to carry on a conversation among our 6-top table diners.

One of my favorite restaurants in the St. petersburg Area. Ambience is beautiful. Drinks and food are always delightful. Only room for improvement would be a vegetarian option.

Our first time at Urban Stillhouse. We could only get seating at the bar. Nielsen was incredible! He made excellent drinks, gave perfect suggestions for food and engaged in nice conversation. We loved hearing about and his hobby and seeing his fossils. The food is over the top the atmosphere is amazing. Great vibe!

We don't go out to expensive dinners often. This was our anniversary, so it was a special day. Urban stillhouse was our obvious choice for such an event. The food was amazing and very well attended by 2 servers. I would recommend this place for any special events. We will be back
