The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Bourbon is a unique entertainment space featuring American cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, innovative craft cocktails, and bourbon education.

This 16,000 sq. ft restaurant bar and event space is influenced by the Horse Soldier Bourbon team’s historic background and favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

The leather sofas, wood-burning fireplaces, copper stills, and vast bourbon “library” will transport you.

Dress Code:
The official dress code for The Urban Stillhouse is “smart casual”. Gym clothes, beach attire including flip flops, clothing with holes, non-dressy tank tops and ball caps are not appropriate for the elevated experience our patrons have come to expect from us.

The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier is versatile; designed with creativity and customization in mind. We want your event or special day to be perfect. Our 16,000 square-foot facility features three private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, three bars, a large upstairs space, “the library”, as well as the main dining floor. Book the building as a whole or design your event a-la-carte utilizing one or some of the various space options. Our state-of-the-art kitchen can accommodate any catering size and cuisine, as well, our full-service bars allow for creative mixology specific to your event. Most importantly, our professional event team cares about your group’s experience as much as you do and will strive for perfection.

Truly amazing Yellowstone lodge feel ! The fire and wood smells from the wine barrels set the tone. The bar, service and food were phenomenal on a busy NYE night. We will be back soon

Atmosphere and service were amazing. The lamb chops were cold/room temperature, but still tasted good considering that. For the price, I would certainly expect them to be served fresh/hot. This was on New Year’s Eve so I’m assuming they were cooking them in bulk rather than made to order, so they likely had been sitting out.

We dined for New Year's Eve with my boyfriend and his adult son and the experience was amazing. We sat at the downstairs bar area which has the most comfortable bar chairs. The drinks were fabulous and the bartender even created a special drink for us when we couldn't decide what we wanted. The food was amazing! We had the spinach and smoked gouda dip as an appetizer and then shared the mains of lamb chops and bone in bison filet, We finished the dinner with the chocolate mouse. It was a special dinner for a special occasion and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Everything with the visit was great. I had requested a booth and although there was only a very few we were seated at one. The servers were great. Food was prepared and served in an awesome manner. This was a family outing for the last of the holiday season and everyone greatly enjoyed the restaurant.

This was my sister's and I first time dining here, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The ambiance was just beautiful. We would definitely dine there gain.

This was our 4th visit to Urban Stillhouse and it has never disappointed! Last night was the first time we reserved the bar and sat upstairs and the ambiance, service, and food were all consistently impressive. I had the short ribs (the truffle parsnips was to die for!) and my hub had the bison filet, which was perfectly cooked. If you are looking for a quiet place, this isn’t it—but it isn’t obnoxious and just evidence of an atmosphere bustling with joyful and satisfied guests! I somehow cannot escape picking up a fun bauble in the shop before leaving each time we visit :) We will be back with guests again!

My Family & I were seated at the bar for brunch. Our server Nielsen did a great job! He was prompt for our drink service and wanted to be sure we all were enjoying our food.

Bar seats at Urban Stillhouse are my favorite! Because they are reserved seats you have plenty of space to eat while relaxing in the super roomy/comfy (albeit, heavy) bar chairs. The ambiance of the whole restaurant is unique to St. Pete and has an upscale-ski-chalet vibe to it. The downstairs bar has a 2-story glass wall behind it that gives you a view of the distillery. As would be expected, the cocktail menu features their Horse Soldier Bourbon in both craft cocktails and tasting flights…the Old Fashion is a must! If bourbon isn’t your thing they have an equally impressive variety of liquor, beer, and wines. There are always creative seasonal cocktails on the menu and their espresso martinis are the best in town…my favorite is the L’Orange Chocolat! The bartenders are talented, knowledgeable and engaging with their bar guests. Watching them create the complicated and beautiful drinks is like having a show with dinner. My bartender last night was Nilson and he was very charismatic and fun to chat with. He promised me a Florida fossil tutorial next time I was back. Gotta love a bartender that can shake up a perfect espresso martini and make you smarter at the same time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
