The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Bourbon is a unique entertainment space featuring American cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, innovative craft cocktails, and bourbon education.

This 16,000 sq. ft restaurant bar and event space is influenced by the Horse Soldier Bourbon team’s historic background and favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

The leather sofas, wood-burning fireplaces, copper stills, and vast bourbon “library” will transport you.

Dress Code:
The official dress code for The Urban Stillhouse is “smart casual”. Gym clothes, beach attire including flip flops, clothing with holes, non-dressy tank tops and ball caps are not appropriate for the elevated experience our patrons have come to expect from us.

The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier is versatile; designed with creativity and customization in mind. We want your event or special day to be perfect. Our 16,000 square-foot facility features three private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, three bars, a large upstairs space, “the library”, as well as the main dining floor. Book the building as a whole or design your event a-la-carte utilizing one or some of the various space options. Our state-of-the-art kitchen can accommodate any catering size and cuisine, as well, our full-service bars allow for creative mixology specific to your event. Most importantly, our professional event team cares about your group’s experience as much as you do and will strive for perfection.

Nice ambience and theme but they are way too expensive and trying to be fine dining when they aren’t. The food was not good (especially for the price you are paying). The honey roasted beets had nasty sour peaches, the spinach dip had too much truffle, and the lobster gnocchi was al dente and mediocre with not a lot of taste. The drinks are very good and the service was great. I won’t dine there again but maybe grab one drink at the bar only.

We were so amped to eat at Urban Stillhouse for our 10th wedding anniversary (a milestone number) and a place we had a lovely experience before. Unfortunately aside from aesthetics, and drinks (and I can’t believe I’m saying this) I would NOT recommend the food/current menu at Urban Stillhouse and this is coming from someone who has eaten there before, loves supporting veteran ran businesses and loves their bourbon. We arrived early - too early - for our 8p reservation but were lucky enough to be seated early. Recommendation and I know it’s in the works, but padding for your chairs. They are cool but horrible to sit in. I was given a pillow but eventually I removed it and dealt. Now we know this place is reservation based but if there’s a way to request seating type like cushioned vs a plank of wood, I would recommend calling. Sadly they weren’t able to move us and personally, I would’ve waited the extra 1hr for my reservation time if it guaranteed me a cushioned seat. We ordered the ribeye and the wagyu osso bucco for our entrees. The cuts of meat were extremely salty and unfortunately the ribeye was not cooked to the requested temperature. Could’ve sent it back but by this point we were hungry. It looked beautiful but shockingly lacked flavor/seasoning of what one would expect from a 40 day dry aged cut of meat. I did enjoy the osso bucco wagyu. That was pull apart goodness and full of flavor. With that said, it was still overly salted. Who’s back there with the salt?!?! The oysters were so clean, that they had no salinity. This works for someone who wants to be seen eating oysters and not tasting them, which our waitress agreed with me. The accoutrements just didn’t hit the mark in pairing with the oysters either. Again lacked salinity, thus lacking flavor and that merely could be the type of oyster or how the kitchen cleans them. The charcuterie was a lovely selection, and the deviled eggs were okay. We did end up getting the Key West crispy shrimp and that

Everything was excellent. Definitely on my list for future dining. Loved the atmosphere and gift shop was outstanding.

Excellent brunch! The restaurant is gorgeous with amazing atmosphere. It had live music that was not loud and classy. Their breakfast cocktails like the Bloody Mary and Espresso martini were delicious. Perfect red velvet waffles and steak and eggs.

Everything was perfect! The lamb was exquisite. Cocktails were great. Service was great. The only trouble we had was I stood at the bar, waiting to get a drink for almost 10 minutes and none of the bartenders even acknowledged I was standing there. We didn’t get a drink before dinner while we were waiting for a table because they didn’t acknowledge me standing there, waiting .

This was our first visit to the restaurant with another couple. The ambiance is appealing, though it can get quite noisy. While the food was enjoyable, it didn't leave a lasting impression. My drink was nice, but the mocktail fell short. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I'm uncertain about returning.

We has a wonderful time the ambiance , service , drinks, food was all amazing. There wa sno vegitarian option on the menue - the server did make a recommendation for a vegitarian dish and it was very good ! Thank you for a wonderful night .
